Item التعدي على حق المؤلف وتأثيره على النشر الالكتروني في الوسط الأكاديمي: دراسة حالة طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة الجزائر 02 أبو القاسم سعد الله(2023-03-31) دعي, احمدتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أشكال التعدي على حقوق المؤلف وتأثير ذلك على حركة النشر الإلكتروني في الوسط الأكاديمي، وهذا من خلال دراسة حالة طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة الجزائر 02 أبو القاسم سعد الله. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها؛ نشر غالبية الباحثين لمؤلفاتهم العلمية والأكاديمية بشكل إلكتروني، وأكدوا أن التقليد والانتحال أهم أشكال التعدي التي تتعرض لها المؤلفات المنشورة إلكترونيا، وتعد الحماية القانونية والتقنية أفضل الطرق لمنع الاعتداءات على حقوق المؤلفين. This study aims to know the forms of copyright infringement and its impact on the electronic publishing movement in the academic community, and this is through a case study of graduate students at the University of Algiers 02 Abu al-Qasim SaadAllah. The study was concluded a set of results, the most important of which is The majority of researchers published their scientific and academic literature electronically, and stressed that imitation and plagiarism are the most important forms of infringement to which electronically published works are exposed, and legal and technical protection are the best way to prevent attacks on authors' rightsItem الشبكات االجتماعية األكادميية والنشر الرقمي يف الوسط األكادميي: دراسة حالة األساتذة الباحثني جبامعة املسيلة(جملة العلوم القانونية واالجتماعية, 2023-03) دعي, احمدتسعى هذه الدراسة إىل التعريف بدور الشبكات االجتماعية األكادميية يف النشر الرقمي ابلوسط األكادميي، وهذا من خالل عرض أهم خدماهتا ودوافع وطرق النشر من خالهلا وأهم التحدايت اليت تواجه هذه العملية، كما تسعى إىل معرفة مدى توجه األساتذة الباحثني يف اجلزائر الستخدام هذه الشبكات وممارسة النشر الرقمي عربها من خالل دراسة حالة األساتذة الباحثني جبامعة حممد بوضياف ابملسيلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إىل أن األساتذة الباحثني جبامعة حممد بوضياف يستخدمو ن الشبكات االجتماعية األكادميية وهذا لغرض البحث عن املعلومات ومتابعة املستجدات يف التخصص، غري أن وترية النشر الرقمي عربها ضعيفة، وهذا بسبب التخوف من تعرض املنشورات للسرقة العلمية واالعتداء على حقوق املؤلفن This study aims to define the role of academic social networks in digital publishing in the academic community, by presenting their most important services, motives and methods of publishing through them, and the most important challenges facing this process. It also seeks to know the extent to which research professors in Algeria tend to use these networks and practice digital publishing through them Through a case study of research professors at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila. The study has found that research professors at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf use academic social networks for the purpose of searching for information and following up on developments in the specialty, but the pace of digital publishing through them is weak, and this is due to the fear that publications will be subject to scientific theft and abuse of authors' rights.
