Item الأثار النفسية و الاجتماعية للاستشفاء و العلاج الأطفال المصابين بالسرطان و سبل مواجهتها-دراسة تحليلة لحالات من الأطفال المرضى بمستشفى مصطفى باشا الجامعي-(مجلة الأسرة و المجتمع, 2022-10-22) محسن, عبد النوريدور حمتوى هذه الدراسة حول عمل تسيري مرض السرطان لدى الأطفال وهذا أثناء الاستشفاء الطويل وتلقي العالج والذي خيلق الكثري من اآلاثر النفسية واالجتماعية على الطفل وعلى أسرته وأهم اآلليات الدفاعية املستخدمة يف سبيل مواجهة هذه الوضعية الضاغطة؛ وهذا ما جتسد يف دراستنا هذه حيث مشلت 20 حالة من مصلحة طب الأطفال والذين يعانون من مرض السرطان، وقد اختذان من الدراسة الاستطلاعية كمصدر الختيار تلك الحالات؛ وقبل التطرق إىل اجلانب امليداين للدراسة ال بد وأن نقدم اخللفية النظرية اليت ارتكزان عليها يف القيام هبذه الدراسة واليت يدور حمتواها حول النظام التفاوضي الذي أقره عامل االجتماع األمريكي "أنسليم سرتاوس" Strauss Enslem. ومن بني التقنيات اليت سخرت يف هذه الدراسة جند: املالحظة، و المقابلة نصف الموجهة والسري احلياتية، و هندف من وراء استخدام هذه التقنيات مجع أكرب قدر ممكن من المعطيات الميدانية والتي من شأهنا أن تساعدان على تقدمي حتليل سوسيولوجي لوضعية احلاالت املدروسة. The content of this study revolves around the work of managing cancer in children during long hospitalization and receiving treatment, which creates many psychological and social effects on the child and his family, and the most important defense mechanisms used in order to confront this stressful situation; This is what was embodied in our study, which included 20 cases of pediatric patients suffering from cancer, and we took the exploratory study as a source for selecting those cases; Before addressing the field aspect of the study, we must present the theoretical background on which we based this study, the content of which revolves around the negotiating system approved by the American sociologist: " Enslem Strauss ". Dans cet article, nous allons aborder le sujet de la prise en charge des patients atteints du cancer par les associations et les donateurs à l'intérieur de l'hôpital, en tant q’acteurs essentiels de ce processus à côté du personnel médical, des patients eux-mêmes et les membres de leur famille. Les activités et les actions bénévoles qu’ils organisent dans ce cadre visent à soulager les souffrances psychologiques, sociales ou même matérielles des patients. Nous allons traiter ces actions de bénévolat sous l'angle de l'approche théorique du sociologue américain « Anslem Strauss » et nous avons choisi le service de pédiatrie du Centre HospitaloUniversitaire Mustapha Pacha, le Centre national de lutte contre le cancer (CNLC), l’Association Scientifique des Etudiants en Médecine « Le Souk » et enfin, le réseau des donateWe present in this essay the topic of treatment gestion in the cancer hospital by organizations and volunteers where we consider them as one of the most important activists in that therapeutic process, that of course in addition to the medical staff, the patient and their family and in the light of volunteer work which mainly aims to decrease the financial, psychological and social suffering of the disease. And we will have this presentation in the light of the theorical approach which was presented by the American sociologist Anslem Straus. These transformations and rapid social changeshighlight the critical importance of the socialization process -in its various forms- as a tool for achieving balance, through education, to counterthe tidal wave ofglobal values. As the result of the interaction of various psychological, physiological, social and economic factors, educational attainmentconstitutesa feedback to all the inputs of the educational process resulting from the dynamics of the social system structured bythe complementary roles of family and school. The family,through the methods adopted in the socialization process of children, and the school through the teacher’s personality and his treatment of children and the waytechnology is adopted andusedin education in the light of social changes, make us considerthe role of family and school as a social system that determines the student's level of educational attainment in a society that projectsan image of duality between tradition and modernity and between conservation and change
