Item تبليغ الأرشيف: المبادئ والتنظيم(جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025-07-15) صوشي, سليم; SAOUCHI, Salimتهدف هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية إلى تسليط الضوء على مسألة تبليغ الأرشيف بوصفها أحد المحاور الجوهرية في ضمان حق الوصول إلى المعلومة، حيث يستهل العمل بتقديم عموميات حول الأرشيف ومفهوم التبليغ، قبل أن يعرض التطور التاريخي لإتاحة الوثائق الأرشيفية في مختلف الحقب والأنظمة القانونية. وتعالج المطبوعة إشكالية الاطلاع على الأرشيف من زوايا متعددة، لاسيما القيود القانونية، والإدارية، والتقنية، مع تحديد أصناف المتعاملين مع الأرشيف وخصوصيات احتياجاتهم الوثائقية. كما تتناول بالتفصيل تبليغ الأرشيف الجاري والوسيط باعتباره أساسا لاستمرارية العمل الإداري، وتعرض طرق التبليغ وأدوات البحث التي تسهل الوصول إلى الأرصدة الأرشيفية. وتختتم المطبوعة بعرض حول سبل تبليغ الأرشيف في البيئة الرقمية، وما تتيحه من فرص وما تطرحه من تحديات أمام الأرشيفيين والمؤسسات. This educational publication aims to shed light on the issue of archival dissemination, as one of the core pillars in documentary management policy and the guarantee of the right to access information. The work begins by presenting general concepts related to archives and the notion of dissemination, followed by a review of the historical development of access to archival documents across various eras and legal systems. The publication addresses the issue of access to archives from multiple perspectives, particularly legal, administrative, and technical constraints, while identifying the different categories of archive users and the specific nature of their documentary needs. It also provides a detailed examination of the dissemination of current and intermediate archives as a foundation for the continuity of administrative work, presenting the methods and research tools that facilitate access to archival content. Final archival dissemination receives special attention, in light of the legislative framework governing the archival sector in Algeria, with an analysis of key relevant legal texts. The publication concludes with a discussion on the prospects of archival dissemination in the digital environment, highlighting both the opportunities it offers and the challenges it poses for archivists and institutions.Item تقنيات حفظ الأرشيف(جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025-07-15) صوشي, سليم; SAOUCHI, Salimتعرض هذه المطبوعة المبادئ والتقنيات الأساسية لحفظ الأرشيف والوثائق في بيئتيها الورقية والرقمية، مع التركيز على مختلف الأرصدة الأرشيفية كالأرصدة الإدارية، التاريخية، العامة والخاصة، وظروف وأماكن الحفظ المناسبة لكل منها، كما تسلط الضوء على طرق وأساليب الوقاية والحفظ العلاجي، من خلال التحكم في العوامل البيئية واستخدام المواد الملائمة لضمان حفظ طويل المدى، وتتناول المطبوعة أهم المخاطر والكوارث التي تهدد الأرشيف، كالحريق، الرطوبة، الحشرات، وكذا التهديدات السيبرانية وتعطل الأنظمة، مع عرض استراتيجيات الوقاية والتدخل في حالات الطوارئ، وتهدف إلى تزويد الطالب بمعارف وتقنيات تجمع بين التقليدي والحديث، لضمان حماية الأرشيف والمحافظة عليه كجزء من الذاكرة المؤسساتية والتراث الوثائقي. This manual presents the fundamental principles and techniques for the preservation of archives and records in both physical and digital environments. It focuses on various types of archival holdings, including administrative, historical, public, and private collections, along with the appropriate storage conditions and facilities for each. It also highlights preventive and curative preservation methods through environmental control and the use of suitable materials to ensure long-term preservation. The manual addresses the major risks and disasters that threaten archives-such as fire, humidity, insects, as well as cyber threats and system failures-while presenting strategies for prevention and emergency response. The aim is to equip students with knowledge and techniques that combine both traditional and modern approaches to ensure the protection of archives and their preservation as part of institutional memory and documentary heritage.
