Item المنشآت العمومية الرومانية بالجزائر خلال العهد الإمبراطوري الأول دراسة إبيغرافية(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) عرباوي، صادق; Arbaoui, Saddek; دريسي، سليم(مدير البحث)تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث المتخصصة في مجال علم الإبيغرافية، وهي تسلط الضوء على النشاط المعماري الذي عرفته الجزائر الرومانية خلال العهد الإمبراطوري الأول، و ذلك من حيث إبراز الجهات المساهمة في ذلك النشاط، من تدخلات للأباطرة، ومساهمة العائلات الثرية المتواجدة بالمدن في إطار نظام الأعيان الذي أقرته السلطة الرومانية، ناهيك عن الورشات التي وفرتها المجالس البلدية لاعتبار أن التنمية المعمارية للمدن هي في الأساس من عمل المجتمعات المحلية، هذا بالإضافة إلى تتبع وتيرة النشاط المعماري الذي عرفته المنطقة المدروسة جغرافيا و زمنيا، و كذا دراسة بيانات العملية الإنشائية على اختلاف مراحلها، بداية بمبادرة التشييد وصدور قرار التنفيذ لغاية آخر مرحلة في العملية وهي مرحلة افتتاح المنشأة وتقديم بعض الهبات بهذه المناسبة، فضلا عن ذلك إشارة بعض الوثائق لهبات مالية عددية استوجبت إلقاء أضواء على تكاليف المنشآت العمومية، وكذا تحديد العوامل المتحكمة في أهميتها المالية و الأثرية. This study is part of specialized research in the field of epigraphy, and it sheds light on the architectural activity in Roman Algeria during the first imperial era and that is in terms of highlighting the contributors to that activity, from the interventions of the emperors, and the contribution of the wealthy families located in the cities within the framework of the notable system approved by the Roman authority . Not to mention the workshops provided by the municipal councils considering that the architectural development of cities is basically the work of local communities, in addition to tracking the pace of architectural activity that the studied area knew geographically and temporally as well as studying the data of the construction process at its various stages, starting with the construction initiative and the issuance of the implementation decision until the last stage in the process, which is the stage of opening the facility and presenting some donations on this occasion. In addition, some documents refer to numerical financial donations that necessitated shedding the light on the costs of public facilities, as well as identifying the factors controlling their financial and archaeological importance.Item دور التكوين في تطوير كفاءات العمال وعلاقته بالثقافة التنظيمية للمؤسسة: دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء و الغاز SONELGAZ و المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعة الكهرومنزلية ENIEM بتيزي وزو(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2023) ساسي، فضيلة; Sasi, Fadila; خطاش، ربيعة(مدير البحث)هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور التكوين في تطوير الكفاءات ومدى وجود علاقة بينه والثقافة التنظيمية من خلال أبعادها المتمثلة في الأنظمة والقوانين، القيم التنظيمية، التوقعات التنظيمية، الاتجاهات التنظيمية والمعايير والمقاييس، وذلك في المؤسسة الوطنية لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز والمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية الواقعتان بتيزي وزو. ومن أجل بلوغ الأهداف وبغرض الإحاطة بكل جوانب موضوع البحث، تم تقسيمه إلى عدة فصول نظرية وتطبيقية، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وشملت على عينة قدرها 200 عامل من مجتمع أصلي قدره 2940 عامل وعاملة، وتم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وكذا تم الاعتماد على استبيانين استبيان خاص بدور التكوين في تطوير الكفاءات واستبيان خاص بالثقافة التنظيمية من إعداد الباحثة. وبعدها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات وذلك بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية V 19 (spss)، في الأخير توصلنا ألى أن للتكوين دور في تذوير كفاءات العمال وله علاقة بالثقافة التنظيمية للمؤسستين. This research targets to define in which field there is role between training and development of competencies, and correlation between training and organizational of cultural dimension (rules, laws, organizational values, and organizational predictions) which are related to the National Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation and the National Corporation for Home Electrical Industries which are situated in tizi ouzou. To reach ones goals or objectives we take in consideration all the aspects of the study. We have subdivided the work into different chapter’s theorical and practical ones. Based on the descriptive approach using measures to collect data consisting on a questionnaire on the role of training in developing skills and another questionnaire on organizational culture prepared by the researcher. the research stands for 200 workers of the two societies among a population containing 2940 workers. After collecting and analyzing the data with, this is based on the statistical package for the social sciences program (SPSS) V19, finally we concluded that training has a role in developing the competencies of workers and a relationship with the organizational culture of two institutions.Item موقف الوضعية المنطقية من الدين(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) قوفي، عبد الحق; Goufi, Abdelhak; ناشف، أحمد(مدير البحث)في الفترة المعاصرة من تاريخ الفلسفة، عرفت أعمال فيدغينشتين الكاملة إنتشار واسع في أوروبا والعالم ، وأثرت أيما تأثير على مختلف التوجهات المعاصرة في فلسفة العلوم، وخاصة التوجهات في علم المنطق، مما أدى إلى بزوغ حلقة فيينا بزعامة موريس شليك، التي عرفت بعدائها للميتافيزيقا خصوصا في أعمال زكي نجيب محمود، وأكدت جل الترجمات لرسالة فلسفية وتحقيقات وكذا أبحاث فلسفية بالإضافة إلى آثار أعضاء الحلقة وعلى رأسهم شليك مع رودولف كارناب أن الحلقة تتخذ موقفا صارما اتجاه كل النشاطات والثقافات الإنسانية غير الحسية التي لا يمكن التحقق منها بلمس اليد، مما أسال الكثير من الحبر التي أرتوت منه المكتبات العربية والغربية قبلها، باعتبار أن لهذه النزعة الفلسفية الفضل الجزل في انعتاق العلوم، وتفجير الطاقات التجريبية لتكون وصلا مهما للحضارة الإسلامية في الغرب، والتي مشى جنبا إلى جنب مع الحضارة المادية في أوروبا وأمريكا على حد سواء . This study addressed the phenomenon of children playing electronic games during their free time. Electronic games inside and outside the home have succeeded in attracting the Algerian child due to their ease of use and variety, and have become an outlet for him in light of the decline of free play and its impact on the changes that have affected the Algerian family, the latter of which is trying to satisfy the child’s desires to Playing and having fun by providing the latest electronic games available in the market, believing that this will provide a means of entertainment and amusement, in exchange for the lack of necessary facilities in terms of spaces. For playing, clubs, gyms, and even private and public green spaces. This study came to clarify the relationship between children’s entertainment trends towards electronic games and their relationship to the entertainment culture of the Algerian family and to analyze some of the reasons that prompted the family to provide this type of games as a means of entertainment.Item أساليب المعاملة الوالدية (اللين والقسوة) وعلاقتها بكل من تقدير الذات والسلوك العدواني لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين (دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات ولاية تيزي وزو)(Algiers2 University Abou El Kacem Saâdallah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) حاج علي، كاهنة; حماش، الحسين (مدير البحث)تطرقنا في هذه الأطروحة إلى موضوع أساليب المعاملة الوالدية وعلاقتها بكل من تقدير الذات والسلوك العدواني المراهقين المتمدرسين لدى عينة من المراهقين المتمدرسين بلغ حجمها (455) مراهقا من مختلف متوسطات ولاية تيزي وزو، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. و بعد تفريغ النتائج المتحصل عليها ميدانيا و معالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى ما يلي : 1- لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب المعاملة الوالدية اللين وتقدير الذات لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين بالتعليم المتوسط. 2- لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب المعاملة الوالدية اللين وظهور السلوك العدواني لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين بالتعليم المتوسط. 3- لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب المعاملة الوالدية القسوة وظهور السلوك العدواني لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين بالتعليم المتوسط. 4- لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب المعاملة الوالدية القسوة وتقدير الذات لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين بالتعليم المتوسط. 5- لا توجد فروق في درجات السلوك العدواني بين الذكور والإناث. 6- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية أكثر منها عند الإناث في درجة تقدير الذات. Our research focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the types of parental treatments (permissive or authoritarian), self-esteem, and aggressive behavior in school-going adolescents. This pedagogical publication addresses the subject of human rights from a sociological perspective that links rights and fundamental freedoms on the one hand, and the social, cultural, and political structures of societies on the other. It aims to enable students to understand the basic concepts related to rights, the human being, and human rights, and to become acquainted with the various intellectual and philosophical trends that have contributed to the interpretation of these rights and the determination of their contents and multiple classifications. The publication also reviews the historical evolution of human rights from ancient civilizations, through the monotheistic religions and Islamic law, to the modern era and the intellectual and legal transformations that contributed to the establishment of a global system for the protection of rights and freedoms. The publication highlights the international and national sources of human rights, with a focus on the role of the United Nations, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the two International Covenants, and specialized international conventions, in addition to the legal and judicial mechanisms concerned with the protection of these rights and the monitoring of their implementation. It also examines a number of fundamental rights and groups targeted for protection, including the rights of women and children, the right to education, health, and work, and freedom of opinion and expression, while emphasizing the social and cultural dimensions associated with the exercise of these rights within society. This handbook offers academic material for third-year Applied Linguistics Bachelor's students. It introduces computational linguistics as an interdisciplinary field linking language and computer science, highlighting natural language processing's importance amid technological development. The 14 lectures cover: computers and language, computational analysis, linguistic levels (phonological, morphological, syntactic, semantic), lexicography, AI, and computers in language teaching. It also aims to provide foundational understanding and applications like machine translation and text correction, bridging theory and practice via examples and text-analysis software. Students gain skills to handle linguistic data with modern tools, preparing them for future research and applied projects in language and technology.
