Item علاقة الوظائف التنفيذية بالفهم القرائي للنص المكتوب لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة من التعليم الابتدائي دراسة مقارنة(Algiers2 Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah University جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2023) دربيل، شريفة; Derbil, Cherifa; درقيني، مريم(مدير البحث)يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور وأهمية الوظائف التنفيذية في الفهم القرائي قمنا بدراسة العلاقة بين الوظائف التنفيذية والفهم القرائي للنص المكتوب لدى التلاميذ المتمدرسين في السنة الرابعة من التعليم الابتدائي. على ضوء أهداف البحث وتساؤلاته، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المقارن بين التلاميذ ذوي المستوى الجيد في الفهم القرائي والتلاميذ ذوي المستوى الضعيف، على عينة من تلاميذ السنة الرابعة ابتدائي قوامها 70 تلميذ وتلميذة موزعين إلى مجموعتين. خلص البحث إلى النتائج على انه توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الوظائف التنفيذية والفهم القرائي للنص المكتوب لدى تلاميذ السنة الرابعة من التعليم الابتدائي. This research aims to highlight the role and importance of executive functions in reading comprehension. We have studied the relationship between executive functions and the reading comprehension of the written text among schoolchildren in the fourth year of primary education. In light of the research objectives and questions, the comparative descriptive approach was used between students with a good level of reading comprehension and students with a weak level, on a sample of fourth-year primary students consisting of 70 male and female students divided into two groups.The search found the following results There is a correlative relationship between executive functions and the reading comprehension of the written text among students of the fourth year of primary educationItem علاقة الوظائف التنفيذية "الكف، المرونة الذهنية" باللغة الشفوية "التعبير، الفهم" لدى المصاب بحبسة بروكا في المرحلة الحادة من الحادث الوعائي الدّماغي(Algiers2 University Abou El Kacem Saâdallah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2024) Baya زبيري، باية Zebiri; بوريدح، نفيسة (مدير البحث)سعت هذه الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الوظائف التنفيذية " الكفّ والمرونة الذهنية" واللغة الشفوية "التعبير و الفهم" عند حالات حبسة بروكا في المرحلة الحادّة من الحادث الوعائيّ الدّماغيّ. وقد إختيرت عينة تكونت من 80 مصابا بحبسة بروكا في المستشفى الجامعي سعادنة عبد النور، والذين طبق عليهم ثلاث اختبارات، اختبار Stroop لقياس الكفّ، و اختبارTMT لقياس المرونة الذهنية و اختبار LAST لقياس اللغة الشفوية، و باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة و دالة إحصائيا بين اضطراب الوظائف التنفيذية "الكفّ، المرونة الذهنية" واللغة الشفوية "التعبير، الفهم" عند المصاب بحبسة بروكا في المرحلة الحادّة من الحادث الوعائيّ الدّماغيّ، كما توصلت إلى وجود تأثير دال لاضطراب الكفّ واضطراب المرونة الذهنية على اللغة الشفوية لدى المصاب بحبسة بروكا في المرحلة الحادّة من الحادث الوعائيّ الدّماغيّ. This study sought to reveal the relationship between executive functions "inhibition, mental flexibility" and oral language "expression, comprehension" in cases of Broca's aphasia in the acute phase of cerebrovascular accident. A sample of 80 patients with Broca's aphasia, was chosen at Saadna Abdel Nour University Hospital, and three test were administered to them: the Stroop test to measure the inhibition, the TMT test to measure mental flexibility and the last test to measure oral language, Using the correlational descriptive approach, the results concluded that there is a positive correlation there is a statistically significant association between executive functions (inhibition, mental flexibility) and oral language (expression, comprehension) in a patient with Broca's aphasia in the acute phase of cerebrovascular accident, it was found there is a significant effect of inhibition and mental flexibility on the oral language of a patient with Broca's aphasia in the acute phase of cerebrovascular accidentItem الأداء المعرفي لدى مرضى الصداع النصفي(Dirasat: Human and Social Sciences, 2024-10-01) علي تودرت; نسيمةObjectives: This study aimed to identify the quality of cognitive performance and executive functions among migraine patients. Methods: The study was conducted on a sample of (90) male and female patients with migraine headaches, divided into (25) males and (65) females. To achieve the objectives of the study, the Revised Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination (ACE-R) and the Trail Making Test Part B (TMT B) were used. Results: The results indicated a decrease in cognitive performance in patients with migraine headaches, as well as a decrease in performance in attention, memory, verbal fluency, language, visual spatial abilities, and executive functions. However, the group aged between (40-59), with an educational level of 11 years or more, and the group aged between (60-69), with an educational level ranging from 7-10 years, did not show a decrease in executive function performance. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in cognitive performance and executive functions based on gender, while there were statistically significant differences in both cognitive performance and executive functions attributed to the educational level in favor of the higher education level.
