Item Le cours de l’analyse du discours(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) لحلو, حسينة; LAHLOU, HASSINACe polycopié, réalisé dans le cadre du développement d’une didactique de traduction objective et pratique, traduit notre volonté d’améliorer la qualité des programmes de formation en traduction, et notre engagement à faire adopter aux apprentis-traducteurs une méthode de traduction efficace basée sur l’analyse discursive. Il s’adresse principalement (mais non exclusivement) aux enseignants de la traduction et aux apprentis-traducteurs en phase de licence, master et doctorat. Il vise l’application des approches de l’analyse du discours en traduction, en vue d’apprendre aux futurs traducteurs les clés d’une lecture approfondie et d’une réflexion raisonnée, lors de l’exercice de traduction. his handout, produced as part of the development of objective and practical translation teaching, reflects our desire to improve the quality of translation training programs, and our commitment to help students adopting an effective translation method based on discursive analysis. It targets primarily (but not exclusively) translation teachers and students in translation. It aims to apply approaches to discourse analysis in translation, in order to teach future translators the keys to in-depth reading and reasoned reflection during the translation exercise.Item Traduire le polysème de laterminologie juridique vers le français. Étude critique du code de la famille algérien(Aleph. Langues, médias et société, 2023-03) Benaouda, AdilaRésumé Cette étude vise à explorer la problématique de la polysémie dans la traduction juridique vers le Français, et dans la terminologie du code de la famille algérien en particulier. Cette recherche tente de s’impliquer dans l’arène des polysèmes juridiques et se penche sur la pluralité des équivalents traductifs du système juridique islamique la « šarīʻa ʼislāmiyya » vers le système civil français, et de déchiffrer la polysémie dans la langue cible afin d’éviter de tomber sur l’ambiguïté. Elle insiste également sur la rigueur et la monoconceptualité terminologique conformes aux fins interprétatives de chaque système juridique lors du processus de la traduction. This present study aims to investigate the problem of polysemy in legal translation into French, and to examine in particular the translation of terminological polysemes of the Algerian family code. The paper attempts to get involved into the arena of polysemantic and multiequivalent terms in translation within the framework of the Islamic Chari’a system into the French civil law system, and to decipher the polysemy in the target language in order to avoid ambiguity. It emphasizes the accuracy and the uniconceptual aspect of terminology for interpretative purposes of each legal system through translation process. Avec l’avènement des nouvelles technologies, l’information devient de plus en plus accessible partout dans le monde, conférant aux médias un statut stratégique (Benaouda, 2015, p. 18) qualifié de 4ème pouvoir. Ces médias font l’objet de traductions variées qui peuvent engendrer pour certaines d’entre elles, des représentations et des perceptions culturelles de l’Autre très discutables. Dans cet article, j’aborde une nouvelle façon d’envisager le cas de la traduction par son effet sur le récepteur. La matérialisation de l’acte de traduire par les représentations via les caricatures. Contemporary societies form a globalized world with nevertheless cultural and linguistic differences that differ from one continent to another, from one country to another, or even from one region of one country to another. With the advent of new technologies, information is becoming more and more accessible all over the world, giving the media a strategic status (Benaouda, 2015) qualified as the 4th power. These media are the subject of various translations which can generate for some of them, very questionable representations and cultural perceptions of the Other. In this article, I approach a new way of looking at the case of translation through its effect on the receiver. The materialization of the act of translating through representations via caricatures.
