Item مطبوعة الدروس الخاصة بمقياس الترجمة المتخصصة عربي إسباني(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025) آيت مزيان, كريمة; AIT MEZIANE, KARIMAتهدف هذه المطبوعة الموجهة لطلبة السنة الأولى ماستر ترجمة إلى تطوير كفاءاتهم الترجمية وربط الجانب النظري بالتطبيقي، من خلال تدريبهم على تحليل النصوص وحل المشكلات اللغوية والأسلوبية والدلالية التي تواجههم أثناء الترجمة. كما تسعى إلى جعل الطالب قادراً على اتخاذ قرارات ترجمية واعية تراعي الجوانب الثقافية والإيديولوجية للغتين. وقد تم اختيار مجموعة متنوعة من النصوص تتدرج من السهلة إلى الصعبة، تشمل النصوص العامة والمتخصصة (الطبية، القانونية، الاقتصادية، الثقافية...) قصد تكوين شامل ومتوازن. كما تراعي المطبوعة مستوى الطلبة وتهدف إلى تنمية مهاراتهم الإبداعية، وتعزيز روح المبادرة لديهم، وتحسين إتقانهم للغة الإسبانية. This course booklet, designed for first-year Master’s students in Translation, aims to enhance their translation competence by connecting theoretical knowledge with practical application. It trains students to handle linguistic, stylistic, structural, and semantic challenges in translation while making conscious and justified translation decisions that consider cultural and ideological contexts. The booklet includes a variety of texts, ranging from general to specialized (medical, legal, economic, cultural, etc.), to provide comprehensive training. It also takes into account students’ proficiency levels, encouraging creativity, initiative, and mastery of Spanish grammar and style.Item ترجمة المفاهيم التشريعية الواردة في القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة الإسبانية دراسة وصفية تحليلية مقارنة من خلال ترجمة عيسى غارسياIsaGarcíaوترجمة خوليو كورتاسJulio Cortés(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) السيد Essid, Maroua مروة; جماح, (مديرة البحث) فتيحةيتميز القرآن الكريم بكونه كتابًا معجزًا من عدة جوانب، ومن بين أوجه إعجازه إعجازه التشريعي لأن البشر عجزوا عن المجيء بمثل تشريعاته التي تفوقت على جميع القوانين التي قاموا بوضعها، فتشريعات القرآن الكريم شاملة لجميع جوانب الحياة وعادلة وصالحة لكل زمان ومكان، هدفها رعاية مصالح الناس وتحقيق المنفعة لهم. لقد تم نقل القرآن الكريم إلى العديد من اللغات من بينها اللغة الإسبانية، لذلك أردنا تسليط الضوء من خلال هذه الدراسة على جانب من جوانب ترجمته إلى هذه اللغة وهي استراتيجيات ترجمة المفاهيم التشريعية الواردة فيه إلى اللغة الإسبانية، فبعد إطلاعنا على ترجمة تلك الآيات التي تحتوي على تشريعات، لاحظنا أنَ الترجمة كانت تبدو أطول من الأصل بسبب وجود إضافات وحواشي وجمل إعتراضية، فقد لحق بالنص المترجم بعض التغييرات ويرجع ذلك على الأرجح إلى قرارات وخيارات المترجمين عند الترجمة، لذلك تمحورت إشكالية هذا البحث حول الاستراتيجيات التي اتبعها المترجمان في ترجمة المفاهيم التشريعية الواردة في القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة الإسبانية. El Corán es el libro sagrado del Islam, revelado por Dios a toda la humanidad, se destaca por ser un libro milagroso en muchos sentidos, pero su mayor milagro es el milagro legislativo porque la legislación divina ha superado todas las leyes humanas en la resolución de problemas sociales, morales y económicos complejos porque es inclusiva, simple, atemporal y universal, y su objetivo es proteger los derechos y las libertades de las personas. La dificultad de traducir el Sagrado Corán es reconocida por todos los traductores, quienes lo han traducido a numerosos idiomas. Por lo tanto, a través de esta investigación, hemos querido arrojar luz sobre una de las dificultades de la traducción del Sagrado al español, que es la traducción de estos conceptos legislativos. El propósito de este estudio es exponer las estrategias de traducción empleadas por los traductores al traducir los conceptos legislativos que se encuentran en el Sagrado Corán al español y averiguar si estas estrategias están más orientadas hacia la lengua fuente o hacia la lengua meta One of the most remarkable features of the Holy Quran which distinguishes it from all other books is its miraculous character, and one of its miraculous aspects is its legislative miracle, for the legislations of the Quran are superior to all human laws which have been established because they are just and lawful in all places and at all times, covering all aspects of life. Their aim is to protect the rights and interests of people. The Holy Quran has been translated into many languages, including the Spanish language, which is why we wanted, through this study, to highlight an aspect of its translation into this language, namely the strategies for translating its legislative concepts into Spanish. After reviewing the translation of the verses that contain legislation, we noticed that the translation seemed longer than the original due to the presence of additions, footnotes, and some changes have taken place in the translated text and this is probably due to the decisions and choices of the translators during the translation. The problem of this research therefore revolved around the strategies followed by the two translators to translate into Spanish the legislative concepts contained in the Holy QuranItem ترجمة عناصر الهوية الثقافية إلى اللغة العربية في روايات لجان ماري غوستاف لوكليزيو (Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio) -نماذج مختارة- دراسة تحليلية نقدية مقارنة(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) عشوش, نعيمة; ACHOUCHE, NAIMAتطرقنا في أطروحتنا هذه والموسومة بترجمة عناصر الهوية الثقافية إلى اللغة العربية في روايات لجان ماري غوستاف لوكليزيو (Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio) –نماذج مختارة- دراسة تحليلية نقدية مقارنة إلى ترجمة عناصر الهوية الثقافية من اللغة الفرنسية إلى اللغة العربية من خلال مدونة مكونة من ثلاث روايات للكاتب الفرنسي الموريسي لوكليزيو، والمتمثلة في كل من «Désert »(صحراء) و «Poisson d’or »(سمكة من ذهب) و «Révolutions»(ثورات)، وهذا قصد النظر في مدى احتفاظها بخصوصياتها أثناء الترجمة، فضلا عن التعرف على الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات الترجمية الموظفة في نقلها إلى اللغة العربية. واتضح لنا بعد التحليل والمقارنة والنقد أن المحافظة على الخصوصية التي تميز عناصر الهوية الثقافية لا يتوقف فقط على إتباع استراتيجية أو تقنية معينة، وإنما يعتمد أيضا على حنكة المترجم وذكائه وثقافته وسعة اطلاعه وتمكنه من مادة الترجمة. In the present thesis entitled Translating cultural identity elements into Arabic in novels by Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clézio –selected samples- analytical comparative critical study, we dealt with the translation of cultural identity elements from French into Arabic through a corpus composed of three novels of the French-Mauritian writer Le Clézio, which are “Désert” (Desert), “Poisson d’or” (The Golden Fish) and “Révolutions” (Revolutions) in order to explore the preservation of the specificity of the cultural identity elements and the translation strategies and techniques that are used while transferring them into Arabic. After analyzing, comparing and criticizing the samples, we concluded that preserving the specificity of the cultural identity elements does not depend only on a specific strategy or technique but also on the perspicacity of the translator, his intelligence, his culture, his erudition and his mastery of the translation material.Item إشكالية ترجمة المفاهيم التشريعية القرآنية إلى اللغة الإسبانية(مجلة في ترجمة, 2022-12-24) جماح, فتيحةإنَ تعدد الألسن واختلاف الثقافات هو سبب وجود الترجمة وهو السبب الأساسي كذلك لوجود صعوبات وعقبات تتعلق بها لأنه يفسح المجال لظهور كلمات يصعب ايجاد مقابل لها في اللغات الأخرى ويخلق فجوات لغوية وفجوات ثقافية عند القيام بعملية الترجمة. ويعتبر القرآن الكريم كتاباً معجزاً بألفاظه ومعانيه ويعتبر أمر ترجمته تحديًا صعباً لاحتواءه على العديد من الكلمات التي تتعذر على الترجمة والتي يصعب إيجاد مقابل لها في اللغات الأخرى فيقف المترجم حائرا أمام أمر ترجمتها، لذلك يهدف المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على جانب من جوانب ترجمة القرآن الكريم وهو استراتيجيات ترجمة بعض المفاهيم التشريعية المتعذرة على الترجمة إلى اللغة الإسبانية The existence of translation is due to the diversity of languages and the diversity of cultures, which is also the main cause of the difficulties and obstacles associated with it because it leads to the emergence of words that seems untranslatable into other languages and causes linguistic and cultural gaps. The Holy Qur'an is a miraculous book with its words and meanings, and it presents a hard challenge to translate it because it contains many words that cannot be translated and for which it is challenging to find an equivalent in other languages. Therefore the article aims to shed light on one of the aspects of translating the Holy Qur'an, specifically the translation strategies used to translate into Spanish some of the Holy Qur'an's legislative concepts.Item ترجمة النص التاريخي من الانجليزية إلى العربية : دراسة تحليلية لترجمتي أبي القاسم سعد الله "حياة الأمير عبد القادر" لشارل هنري و"الجزائر وأوروبا" لجون وولف(University of algiers2 Abu El Kacem Saad Allah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) سلطاني, جلال; Soltani, Jalal; فاسي فنطازية, ليلى( مدير البحث)تسلط هذه الد ا رسة الضوء على إشكالية ترجمة النص التاريخي من الانجليزية إلى العربية، وذلك بالتطرق إلى أهم الصعوبات والمشاكل التي تعترض سبيل مترجمي النصوص التاريخية، ومن بينهم أبو القاسم سعد الله، حيث تهدف الد ا رسة إلى الكشف عن جانب مهم من شخصيته، ألا وهو الجانب الترجمي من خلال تحليل ونقد ترجمتين أنجزهما بعنوان: "حياة الأمير عبد القادر" لشارل هنري و"الج ا زئر وأوروبا" لجون وولف، لمعرفة أهم الصعوبات التي واجهته أثناء الترجمة، بالإضافة إلى الاست ا رتيجيات والأساليب التي انتهجها في ترجمة النص التاريخي. ولبلوغ هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الد ا رسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتماشى والتعريف ببعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بترجمة النص التاريخي، بالإضافة إلى تحليلية الترجمتين وفق منهج أنطوان برمان في تحليل ونقد الترجمات، بالتركيز على النزعات التشويهية والسعي إلى تطبيقها على النص التاريخي. وخلصت الد ا رسة إلى أن سعد الله لم ينتهج است ا رتيجية واحدة في الترجمة، لكنه في الغالب يميل إلى الإست ا رتيجية الذ ا رئعية- الوثائقية. كما لجأ سعد الله إلى الترجمة التفسيرية واستخدام الهامش كحلول بديلة للتغلب على صعوبات ترجمة النصوص التاريخية This study sheds light on the problematic of translating historical texts from English into Arabic, by addressing the most significant difficulties and problems encountered by historical text translators, including Abu Al-Kacem Saadallah. The study aims at investigating the translational aspect of the Algerian historian's personality, by analyzing and critiquing two of his translations entitled: "Life of Abdelkader" originally written by Charles Henry Churchill, and "The Barbary Coast" written by John Wolf, to understand the major difficulties and problems arising during translation, in addition to the strategies, employed while translating historical texts. Consequently, the study adopted a descriptive analytical method that is consistent with the definition of some concepts related to the translation of the historical text. It also analyzed and critically examined the two translations in accordance with Antoine Berman's approach, focusing solely on Deforming tendencies and attempting to apply them to the historical text. The study concluded that Saadallah didn't adopt a very unique strategy in translation, but primarily tended to adopt the docu-instrumental strategy, as he turned to explanatory translation and the use of margin as alternatives to overcome the difficulties of translating historical texts.
