    Malik bin Nabi is one of the most prominent thinkers of Algeria during the second half of the twentieth century. He has been able to analyze deeply the problems of civilization and provide the conditions for building civilization through many of his works that exceeded the twenty-three books: Islam and democracy ..., and most of its work is under the title of "The problems of civilization", and aims to lay the foundations for a cultural theory compatible with all cultures, valid for all times, and is limited to four elements, foremost of which is the ethical principle that exceeds the level of relations between individuals to the level of relations between peoples and countries All thinking about a problem Man is thinking about the problem of civilization based civilization when Man Malik bin Nabi and his fate depends on his or her culture
