The current civilization of the Islamic world, in view of the features and manifestations of the images of decadence, generally needs to be regenerated, which has already guided some of its features, reformers and intellectual elites in the history of Islamic civilization, who have tried to resurrect the values of Islam and activate its vitality in the various affairs of life and its developments, which need a renewed jurisprudence, which contributes to the embodiment and activation of the purposes of the universal and timeless message of Islam. This civilizational renewal, which has become one of the most prominent speeches of contemporary Islamic thought, reflects that reformed civilizational movement, based on the critical evaluation review of all aspects of civilized life, from behavioral, moral, educational and cognitive, and other forms of social and civilizational culture, which aims to Reform of the social life system, which has been hit by the stagnation of civilization, and the continuous development of social awareness to ensure a balanced openness to the cultures of human civilizations, while purifying its civilized system from the negative legacy that is disrupted by liberation and looking towards future civilized horizons, and pushing In order to promote its civilized performance in order to be more in line with the challenges of world civilization, with its developments and trends that are reflected in the reality of Islamic civilization, it calls for the renewal of methods and mechanisms of understanding and treatment to ensure a proper integration into this contemporary civilization. ملخصاألطروحة إن المســلمين لــم يحســنوا باعتقــاده فهــم واســتثمار اإلســالم بمــا يحملــه مــن تشــريعاته منظمــة، وموجّهــة لحيــاة الفـرد الدّنيويــة واألخرويــة، فقــد جعلــوا منــه مجــرّد طقــوس ودروشــة، وممارســات مجــرّدة، بعيــدة األثــر والتجلــي في ممارسـاتهم العمليـة، فكانـت النتيجـة أنهـم ابتعـدوا عـن طريـق الصـواب، بـل وشـوهوا العقيـدة بسـوء فهمهـم ة وحــدها، كمــا لــم يطلــب منــهلهــا؛ فإلســالم ديــن ودنيــا، ولــم يــأمر اإلنســان بهجــر الــدنيويات، والتعلــق بــاآلخر ة والفعاليـة ومواجهـة الصـعاب، ولـم يطلـب منـه كـذلكه الدّنيوية كلها هلل، وإنما حثّه على المثـابرتفويض أمور أن يعــيش لنفســي أرقــى، يتجلــى فــي تحمّــل مســؤولياته االجتماعيــة تجــاه أســرتهه، وإنمــا ألزمــه بــدور حضــار ووطنه ومحيطه. ي للعـــالمي، أبـــرز مالـــك بـــن نبـــي أن مـــن نتـــائج التخلّـــف الحضـــاروفـــي تناولـــه لمعوّقـــات التجديـــد الحضـــار ية علـى مسـار البنـاء الحضـاراإلسالمي، أن وقع المسلم في مأزق نفسي شـديد الخطـورةالجديـد، هـو ظـاهر ى التـيهـا أهـم منبـع تقـوّت وتنفّسـت مـن خاللـه جملـة المعوّقـات األخـرالقابلية لالستعمار، التـي يمكـن اعتبار الت النهضة الحضارية في العالم اإلسالمي، فقد صار المسلم تحت وطأتها ضـعيفأفشلت مساعي ومحاو الفعاليــة، ولــم يعــد يكتــرث لحالــه مــن االنحطــاط الــذي غــرق فيــه، وأصــبح أكثــر قابليــة الحتضــان منتجــات ي الذي يخلّصه من التخلف.ة تكديسها بديله ومرشده الحضارة، ووجد في ظاهرة الغربية الجاهزالحضار ةاسـته الفاحصـة لمسـار الحضـارتين: اإلسـالمية، والغربيـة، أن تجديـد حضـارلقد أدرك مالك بن نبي بعد در اءة وتأمّــلاإلســالم ال يتــأتى إال بقــرة الغربيــة الحديثــة للوقــوف علــى مــؤهالت صــناعتها، واكتشــافالحضــار اءةي اإلسـالمي، قـراث الحضـاراءة التـرافاتهـا وأسـباب اختالالتهـا، وكـذلك االتجـاه نحـو إعـادة قـرمواطن انحر عقالنيــــة فاحصــــة، بهــــدف تفعيــــل قســــماته المشــــرقة، والعمــــل علــــى تجديــــد معالمــــه الحضــــارية بمــــا يتوافــــق المتطلبـــات والا فـــي ســـياقا مشـــرّفا ومـــؤثرهانـــات الحضـــارية الجديـــدة، وكـــذلك بمـــا يضـــمن للمســـلم حضـــورر ي.ا فعاال له وزنه الحضاراألحداث التاريخية، ويجعله عنصرItem البعد الانساني في فكرمالك بن نبي(جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد اللله université alger2 abou lkacem saadallah, 2019) بيدي, عثمانMalik bin Nabi is one of the most prominent thinkers of Algeria during the second half of the twentieth century.
