التمثلات الاجتماعية للفعل المقاولاتي ودورها في إنشاء خريجة الجامعة لمشروعها -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المقاولات حاملات الشهادة الجامعية

في ضوء التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي عرفتها الجزائر، خاصة الانتقال من الاقتصاد الاشتراكي إلى اقتصاد السوق، برزت المقاولاتية كخيار واعد أمام خريجات الجامعات. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل التمثلات الاجتماعية للفعل المقاولاتي ودورها في دفع المرأة الجامعية إلى إنشاء مشروعها الخاص. اعتمد البحث على استبيان ميداني استهدف مقاولات جزائريات حاملات للشهادة الجامعية، بهدف الكشف عن القيم والمعتقدات التي تؤطر توجهاتهن نحو المقاولاتية. توزعت الدراسة على محورين أساسيين: الإطار النظري والمنهجي الذي تناول مفاهيم التمثلات الاجتماعية، النوع الاجتماعي، والمقاولاتية، ثم الجانب الميداني الذي حلل الفرضيات الثلاث: تعزيز الروابط الاجتماعية، تحقيق المكانة الاجتماعية، ونيل الاستقلالية كدوافع أساسية لولوج هذا المجال. أظهرت النتائج أن هذه التمثلات كانت عاملاً حاسماً في اختيارات المشاركات، وأسهمت في بلورة مشاريع ناجحة رغم التحديات. توصي الدراسة بدعم برامج التكوين والمرافقة لتشجيع المقاولاتية النسوية وتعزيز وعي الخريجات بدورها في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. In light of the economic and social transformations experienced by Algeria, particularly the shift from a socialist economy to a market economy, entrepreneurship has emerged as a promising option for female university graduates. This study aims to analyze the social representations of entrepreneurial action and their role in motivating university-educated women to establish their own projects. The research relied on a field survey targeting Algerian women entrepreneurs holding university degrees, with the objective of identifying the values and beliefs that shape their orientations toward entrepreneurship. The study was structured around two main axes: the theoretical and methodological framework, which addressed the concepts of social representations, gender, and entrepreneurship; and the empirical section, which examined three hypotheses — strengthening social ties, achieving social status, and gaining independence as key drivers for entering this field. The findings revealed that these representations played a decisive role in the participants’ choices and contributed to the development of successful projects despite challenges. The study recommends supporting training and mentoring programs to encourage women’s entrepreneurship and enhance graduates’ awareness of their role in economic and social development.

Hence, this vision resulted in a work that was open to the other, participating in cultural debates aimed at containing and expressing the internal and exterior Other, as well as obtaining his acknowledgment and respect, without condemning this Other.
