Item الإطارات الصناعية وإنتاج النخب في الجزائر: دراسة حالة لإطارات مديرية الصيانة لسوناطراك بالأغواط.(مجلة "أفكار وآفاق".جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022-07-31) الوناس, عيسى; حران, العربيملخص: لقد شكل موضوع الإطارات وقضايا النخبة محورا مهما في الدراسات السوسيووجية والدراسات السياسية، وذلك راجع لطبيعة العلاقة التي تربط ما بين الأدوار التي تجتمع في بوتقة واحدة، على اعتبار أن دورالإطارات الصناعية لا يتمثل على الصعيد التنظيمي فقط وإنما لها علاقة مباشرة بالأدوار والممارسات النخبوية على الأصعدة الاجتماعي والسياسي والثقافي لما تحوزه من تكوين علمي وخبرات عملية يخولها أن تكون فئة مهمة في بنية المجتمعات الحداثية. من خلال هذا المقال نحاول أن نتطرق إلى موضوع الإطارات الصناعية الجزائرية ودورها في إنتاج نخب اجتماعية وثقافية وسياسية في الساحة الجزائرية. من خلال الدراسة الميدانية للموضوع تبين للباحثين من خلال نتائج البحث أن الإطارات الجزائرية لا تشارك بفعالية في إنتاج نخب فكرية أو اجتماعية أو ثقافية أو سياسية، كما اتضح للباحثين كذلك أنها لا تلعب أدوارها الأساسية في المجتمع، ويبقى دورها مقصورا على الأدوار الوظيفية فقط، أي أن مجال تأثيرها على الصعيد التنظيمي فقط، ضف إلى ذلك أنها لا تملك حتى سلطة القرار داخل هذا المجال. وعليه يمكن القول أن فئة الإطارات الصناعية هي فئة مقادة وليست فئة قيادية في الجزائر. Abstract: The theme of executives and the question of elites constitute a central axis in sociological and political studies. The work produced has analyzed the process of forming cadres as an elite. Through this article, we will attempt to address the issue of Algerian industrial executives and their role in the production of social, cultural and political elites on the Algerian scene. The results of our study show that industrial executives do not play their roles in the training of elites in Algerian society because they are not associated with managerial decision-making in the companies that employ them. Algerian industrial executives a category of execution a class of conduct and not a category of leadership. Résumé: Le thème des cadres et la question des élites constituent un axe central dans les études sociologiques et politiques. Le processus de la constitution des cadres comme une élite fait partie des problématiques traitées dans les travaux relevant de ces deux champs disciplinaires. A travers cet article, en guise de contribution à la réflexion sur le rôle des cadres industriels dans la production des élites sociales, culturelles et politiques sur la scène algérienne, nous montrerons que les cadres industriels ne jouent pas un rôle déterminant dans la formation des élites dans la société algérienne. Nous expliquerons ce constat par l’absence de ces cadres dans les instances de prise de décisions managerielles dans les entreprises qui les emploient. Nous montrerons également que les cadres industriels algériens constituent une catégorie d’exécution et non une catégorie de leadership.Item دور الدراسات السابقة في البحث العلمي في ميدان العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية(مجلة حوليات جامعة الجزائر2, 2021-01-01) الوناس, عيسىيعتبر البحث العلمي احد السمات الاساسية للحياة العصرية حيث ان كافة المجالات اصبحت تعتمد على البحث العلمي كآلية للتطوير والتقدم في ايميدان من ميادين الحياة الاجتماعية، ويصنف البحث اللعمي على انه احد العمليات الاساسية التي منه وبه تم التوصل الى المعارف الموجودة حاليا حتى الى الاساليب الحياتية وطرق العيش الحالية . كل هذه الفائدة العلمية لا تاتي الا عبر خطوات علمية دقيقة وعبر التراكم المعرفي العلمي، ومن هنا نشير الى دور الدراسات السابقة في عملية البحث العلمي من جهة والى توجيه مساره من جهة اخرى. ان الباحث في ميدان العلوم الانسانية لا يستطيع التغاضي عن الدراسات السابقة لانها امتداد للموروث المعرفي الخاص بالسلوك الانساني ، ولان الاسهامات الاولى كانت سببا في تطور وتبلور فكرة وميدان العلوم الانسانية والاجتماع Scientific research is one of the fundamental features of modern life, all fields being based on scientific research as a mechanism of development and progress in two fields of social life and qualifying blind research as one of the fundamental processes of knowledge. Curren All this scientific benefit comes only through scientific steps and a precise accumulation of scientific knowledge, and here we refer to the role of previous studies in the process of scientific research on the one hand and in directing the course on the other. The researcher in the field of human sciences cannot ignore the preceding studies because it is an extension of the heritage of knowledge of human behavior, and because the first contributions were the cause of the development and crystallization of the idea and field of human and social sciences
