Item التواصل بين دول بلاد المغرب ودول المتوسط من خلال كتب الجغرافيا والرحلات خلال العصر الوسيط(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ- كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2024-12-29) حسبلاوي، نسيمتطرقت في هذا المقال إلى المجالات التي تم خلالها التواصل بين دول المغرب المطلة على المتوسط وباقي الدول التي تنتمي لهذا الإقليم في مختلف المجالات الحضارية، وقارنت بين حالات السلم وحالات الحرب التي كانت تترا على الجانبين ، وكان لزاما لفهم الموضوع التطرق أولا لأشهر وأهم الكيانات السياسية الفاعلة بالبحر المتوسط خلال فترة الدراسة (العصور الوسطى) ومدى تأثيرها وتأثرها بالأحداث، ثم تعرضتُ لأهم الطرق والمراسي التي فتحت المجال واسعا أمام هذا التواصل سواء على مستوى الضفتين الشمالية والجنوبية أو على ضفاف الجزر المترامية هنا وهناك في وسط المتوسط . حاولت البحث في نوع العلاقة الغالبة بين دول المغارب الإسلامية وغيرها من الدول الإسلامية الأخرى ، وبينها وبين الآخر في الضفة الأخرى من الدول المسيحية ، وهل أثرت التحولات السياسية المختلفة على النشاط الحضاري الذي حملته أمواج المتوسط في مختلف السواحل ؟ ، وقد توصلتُ إلى تكذيب من يتهم المسلمين بتأثيرهم السلبي على النشاط الدولي بالمتوسط لمّا كانت لهم السيطرة عليه، وأوضحت أن العلاقة الغالبة بين الدول المطلة على المتوسط هي "تبادل المنفعة" حتى خلال الفترات التي كانت الكلمة فيها للحرب والقتال. In this article, I discussed the areas where communication took place between the Maghreb countries bordering the Mediterranean and the rest of the countries belonging to this region in various civilized areas, and compared between the situations of peace and the situations of war that were on both sides, and it was necessary to understand the subject to first address the most famous and important political entities active in the Mediterranean during the study period (Middle Ages) and the extent of their influence and influencer on events, then exposed to the roads and the most important marine marinas that paved the way for this communication, Whether on the north and south shores or on the shores of islands stretching here and there in the middle of the Mediterranean I tried to look for the kind of relationship between the Islamic Maghreb countries and other Islamic countries, and between them and the other side of the Christian countries, and the different political transformations have-they affected the civilizational activity carried by the waves of the Mediterranean in the different coasts? She noted the denial of those who accuse Muslims of having a negative impact on international activity in the Mediterranean when they control it, and explained that the dominant relationship between the countries bordering the Mediterranean is the «reciprocity of benefits»even during times when war and fighting were the word.
