Item المسنين بين العنف و الرعاية الاجتماعية The Elderly Between Violence And Social Care(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2022-06-30) بوكابوس, عبد القادر; ساحي, فوزيةتعد ظاهرة العنف ضد كبار من الظواهر الاجتماعية الموجودة بمختلف المجتمعات، لكن الاختلاف يكمن في طبيعية كل مجتمع وخصوصياته، و قد حظي هذا الموضوع باهتمام بالغ من طرف المختصين و الباحثين في العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية، بحيث تشير المعطيات إلى ارتفاع في معدلات العنف ضد هذه الفئة و ما تحدثه من آثار جانبية على حياة الأفراد و ممتلكاتهم، نتاج الاعتداءات و المعاملات السيئة التي يتعرض لها المسن بشكل يومي. ويعتبر كبار السن من الفئات الأكثر عرضة لمثل هذه السلوكات و التصرفات المشينة و المهينة، كونهم فقدوا مكانتهم الاجتماعية و أصبحوا غير قادرين على تلبية متطلباتهم. كما أن أشكال العنف تنوعت وتعددت بين عنف جسدي ولفظي، سواء كان هذا بقصد أو بغير قصد، في الأسرة أو في أماكن أخرى، من طرف الأقارب أو أشخاص غربــــاء. وأن هذه السلوكات والمعاملة السيئة التي يتعرض لها الشيخ المسن في حياته اليومية أصبحت هاجسا حقيقيا يهدد استقراره النفسي و الاجتماعي، ولهذا يتم لجوؤهم إلى مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية و ديار العجزة مجبرين أو ومخيرين هروبا من الإساءات و الضغوطات الممارسة عليهم في أسرهم وعائلاتهم وطمعا في الحماية و الاهتمام بهم في دور الشيخوخة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولــة فهم مشكلة العنف ضد المسنين و الإساءة إليهم، وذلك بمعرفة أهم الأسباب المؤدية لتعنيف المسنين والإساءة لهم، وكذا النتائج المترتبة عن هذه السلوكات ، والحلول اللازمة للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة. The phenomenon of violence against the elderly is one of the social phenomena that exist in various societies, but the difference lies in the nature and idiosyncrasies of each society, and this topic has received great attention from specialists and researchers in the humanities and social sciences, so that the data indicate a rise in the rates of violence against this group. And the side effects it causes on the lives and properties of individuals, as a result of the attacks and ill-treatment that the elderly are exposed to on a daily basis. The elderly are considered among the groups most vulnerable to such shameful and degrading behavior and behavior, as they have lost their social status and are unable to meet their requirements. The forms of violence varied and varied between physical and verbal violence, whether this was intentional or unintentional, in the family or in other places, by relatives or strangers. And that these behaviors and bad treatment that the elderly sheikh is subjected to in his daily life has become a real obsession that threatens his psychological and social stability, and that is why they resort to social care institutions and homes for the elderly, forcing or choosing to escape from the abuses and pressures applied to them in their families and families and in the hope of protection and attention them in the aging role. This study aims to try to understand the problem of violence against and abuse of the elderly, by knowing the most important causes leading to violence and abuse of the elderly, as well as the consequences of these behaviors, and the necessary solutions to address this phenomenon.Item ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع: أسبابها وانعكاساتها على المجتمع(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2017-01-01) ساحي, فوزيةتعتبر ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع من أهم الظواهر الاجتماعية الآخذة في النمو ليس فقط على مستوى البلدان النامية وإنما أيضا في الدول الصناعية المتقدمة، وهي عالمية، سريعة الانتشار، تباينت التقارير حول حجمها وطبيعتها وأسبابها، فتزايدها المستمر يجعل من هذه الفئة عرضة لتبني السلوك الإجرامي في المجتمع، لذلك تعتبر من أبرز قضايا التي تعاني منها كل دول العالم الحديث وتهدد سلامتها وأمنها وتطورها، ويكون التصدي لهذه المشكلة انطلاقا من مبدأ حق الطفل باعتباره ضحية لظروفه المجتمعية الصعبة في الحصول على أوجه الدعم والرعاية المختلفة وحمايته من كل ما يهدد حياته وسلامته. The phenomenon of street children is one of the most important growing social phenomena, not only in the developing countries, but also in the advanced and industrial ones, it is global and fast-spreading, there are varied reports about its size, nature and causes, its continuous growing makes this category likely to adopt a criminality behavior in society, so it is one of the most prominent issues plaguing all countries of the modern world and threaten there safety, security and development. To face against this problem, we have to beguin by the principle of the right of the child as a victim of the difficult social conditions to get the aspects of support, care and to be protected from everything that threatens his life and safety. Le phénomène des enfants des rues est l'un des phénomènes sociaux les plus émergents non seulement au niveau des pays en voie de développement, mais aussi dans les pays industriels avancés.C’est une approche globale, à propagation rapide, des rapports variés sur sa taille et sa nature et ses causes, sa croissance rend cette catégorie susceptible à adopter un comportement la criminalité dans la société, il est donc l'un des problèmes les plus importants qui affligent tous les pays du monde moderne et menace sa sécurité et son développement. Pour faire face à ce problème, il faut d'abord commencer par le principe du droit de l'enfant en tant que victime de conditions sociales difficiles pour obtenir le soutien,les différents soins et la protection contre tout ce qui menace sa vie et sa sécurité.
