Item دور المرأة في الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بمدينة الجزائر بين 1850-1920 من خلال وثائق المحاكم الشرعية(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ كلية العلوم الانسانية, 2021-12-30) قلفاط, عبدالباسطسجلت المرأة حضورها في الحياة الاقتصادية في مجتمع مدينة الجزائر في الفترة الحديثة والمعاصرة، هذا الحضور الذي ارتبط بكل مجالات الأنشطة الزراعية والحرفية والتجارية،وامتداداتها في عمق المدينة المرتبطة بكل الحواضر والبوادي في البلاد، وقد أكدت هذا الحضور وثائق المحاكم الشرعية التي اعتمدت عليها الدراسة التي بين أيدينا كمادة أساسية للمعرفة التاريخية. تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية للكشف عن قيمة ونوعية المادة التاريخية التي توفرها عقود قضاة مدينة الجزائر حول المساهمة الاقتصادية للمرأة وآثارها الاجتماعية؛ وتطرح –الدراسة - أسئلة رئيسية هي: فيما تمثل الدور الاقتصادي للمرأة في عمق مجتمع المدينة؟ وما هي الظروف والانعكاسات التي ترتبت عن حضورها في هذا القطاع؟ من خلال تلك المحطات حاولت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي فرضت على المرأة ولوج الحياة الاقتصادية في وضع حرج خلال القرن 19. In the modern period in Algeria, the woman has attempted to mark her economic presence in the Algiers society; this presence was confirmed by the documents of the “Mahakim Sharia on which the study in our hands relied as a basic material for historical knowledge. This research paper seeks to reveal the value and quality of the historical material provided by the contracts of the Cadis of the city of Algiers on the economic contribution of women and their social effects; the study raises the following major questions: What is the economic role of women in the depth of the city's society? What are the conditions and repercussions of her presence in this sector? Through these stations, the study attempted to shed light on the economic and social conditions that forced women to enter economic life in a critical situation during the 19th century
