Item - مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مجرمي النصب والاحتيال وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات دراسة ميدانية لدى عينة من نزلاء المؤسسة العقابية - بخميس مليانة(المرشد-مخبر القياس والإرشاد النفسي-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2021-12-29) مساوي, حسانملخص: هدف البحث الى معرفة مستوى ودرجة الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى عينة من مجرمي النصب والاحتيال تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) محبوس ماكثين بمؤسسة الوقاية بخميس مليانة، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وهذه العينة تمثل المجمع الكلي للدراسة. وبعد عملية جمع المقاييس تمكنا من استرجاع جميع أدوات جمع البيانات. وقد توصلنا الى وجود درجات مرتفعة على مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى أفرا د العينة، وبالتالي تحقق فرضية الدراسة التي تشير الى أن مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى أفراد العينة مرتفع. وقد توصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى هذا نوع من المجرمين مع وجود فروق في درجات الذكاء الاجتماعي تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. في نهاية البحث اقترحنا ضرورة القیام بمزيد من الدراسات الميدانية لهذا النوع من الجرائم قصد معرفة حجمها، ودرجة انتشارها، مع إيجاد وابتكار أساليب للخفض والتقليل منها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء، الاجتماعي، مجرمي، النصب، الاحتيال Summary : The research aims to find out the level of social intelligence in a sample of fraudulent and swindling criminals. The study sample consisted of (30) detainees held in the Prevention Facility of Khamis Miliana, where they were deliberately chosen to represent the whole group of the study. After the process of collecting the metrics, we retrieved all the data collection tools. We have found that there are high scores on the social intelligence scale among the sample members, and thus confirming the hypothesis of the study, which indicates that the level of social intelligence among the sample members is high. The study also found that there were no differences that could be attributed to the gender variable when it comes to the social intelligence level for this type of criminals, with differences in social intelligence scores due to the educational level variable. At the end of the research, we suggested the need to conduct more field studies focusing on this type of crime to assess both its size and degree of spreading, and finding potential methods to reduce and minimize them. The research aimed to determine the level of social intelligence in a sample of fraudulent and swindling criminals. The study was conducted on a sample consisted of (30) detainees held in the Prevention Facility of Khamis Miliana, Intentionally selected, the social intelligence scale was applied. The results showed that there are high scores on social intelligence scale, The results showed that the group scored high on the social intelligence scale. Also, there is no difference in social intelligence due to the difference in sex, while a difference in social intelligence scores due to educational level. The research concluded with the need for more studies of this type of crime in order to assess its incidence and to find potential methods to reduce and minimize it.
