Item خصائص سيرورة البناء السوسيو تاريخي للمجتمع المدني، ودوره في تفعيل التنشئة السياسية(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-01-01) مشتة ياسين; صادق إيمانيهدف هذه المقال إلى إبراز دور المجتمع المدني في التوعية بالأهمية التي أصبحت تكتسبها مشاركة المواطنين في تسيير الشؤون العامة محليا ووطنيا، وترسيخ ثقافة المواطنة النشطة من جهة، وتحديد طبيعة المعوقات التي تحول دون ترسيخ ثقافة سياسية مشاركة لدى النخبة والجماهير من جهة اخرى هذه الثقافة المشاركة من شأنها أن تسهم في تكريس الممارسة الديمقراطية وتنمية المشاركة السياسية وتشجيع تكوين مؤسسات المجتمع المدني وتجددها، وتحقيق التحول الديمقراطي، إن المجتمع المدني في الجزائر نشئ يحتاج إلى دراسة وتحليل تساعده في تشخيص واقعه، وتمكينه من اختبار الاليات المناسبة التي تؤهله للمشاركة بفاعلية في عملية التشريع، وممارسة دوره الرقابي الحيادي على الانتخابات، والسياسات العامة. The present work aims to demonstrate the important role played by civil society in education and awareness, to encourage citizens to participate fully in the management of public affairs, and to instil in them cultural values, which can contribute to the development of active citizenship and democratic alternation. it also aims to determine in nature the constraints that have hindered the emergence of a participatory political culture. The latter can contribute to the development of Political participation, accelerating the process of democratic transition, encouraging the creation of civil society organizations and good democratic practices. civil society in Algeria is in an emerging phase, interest in it, in terms of it and analysis, can help it play its role in participation in legislation and monitoring of elections and public policies.Item الهوية الاجتماعية والتراث الثقافي في قصبة الجزائر: دراسة ميدانية في سياق التغيرات المعاصرة(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبوالقاسم سعد الله, 2025-01-01) لعبادي طارق; مشتة ياسينAbstract: This research aims to high-light the significance of the ancient casbah of Algiers as a reflection of the Algerian people's identity and history. The analysis will delve into the central role the casbah plays in preserving authentic customs, traditions, and socio-cultural practices. Furthermore, the research seeks to introduce a new perspective by exploring ways to enhance the preservation of this rich heritage and propose sustainable strategies. Additionally, the impact of rapid economic and social changes, such as urban development and migration, on the identity of the local population of the casbah will be examined. The research employed a descriptive analytical methodology, with a sample consisting of 50 individuals from the indigenous population of the casbah. The study found that longer residency in the Kasbah correlates with stronger community ties and cultural involvement. Income is crucial for heritage preservation, while traditional knowledge passed down by older residents aids in cultural transmission. The research recommends the necessity of cooperation among various stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to preserve the cultural heritage of the casbah . The study also offers a set of practical suggestions that help achieve this objective. الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية القصبة العتيقة في الجزائر ،كمرآة عاكسة لهوية وتاريخ الشعب الجزائري. سيتم التحليل من خلال استكشاف الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه القصبة في الحفاظ على العادات والتقاليد والممارسات الاجتماعية والثقافية الأصيلة. كما يسعى البحث إلى تقديم رؤية جديدة،و ذلك من خلال استقصاء السبل الكفيلة بتعزيز الحفاظ على هذا التراث الغني، و كذا اقتراح استراتيجيات مستدامة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتم التطرق إلى تأثير المتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتسارعة، مثل التطورات العمرانية والهجرة على هوية السكان المحليين في القصبة. اعتمد البحث على منهجية وصفية تحليلية، حيث تتكون العينة من 50 فردًا من السكان الأصليين للقصبة. حيث كشفت النتائج عن علاقة إيجابية بين مدة الإقامة في القصبة والانتماء المجتمعي والمشاركة في الأنشطة الثقافية. كما أبرزت الدراسة الدور المحوري للدخل في الحفاظ على التراث الثقافي، وتأثير المعرفة التقليدية التي يحملها السكان القدامى في نقل التقاليد إلى الأجيال الشابة. يوصي البحث بضرورة التعاون بين مختلف الفاعلين لوضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات شاملة، و ذلك للحفاظ على التراث الحضاري للقصبة كما تقدم الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات العملية التي تساهم في تحقيق هذا الهدف.
