Item The Impact of illegal immigration on Individual Identity and Education in the Mediterranean basin(مجلة المفكر جامعة الجزائر2- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-06-04) بريم عبد القادر; أحمد ناشفThis paper comes in the context of examining the phenomenon of migration and illegal migration, which has become a worrying issue, both for the country of origin and for those receiving huge numbers daily, through all ports, especially seaports. We mention in particular the countries of North Africa, as they are located on the southern shore of the Mediterranean basin. It is natural for migration to be directed north, due to several considerations, including the desire of young people for a better life, compared to other migrations that are for the purpose of discovery, study, etc. Accordingly, it is incumbent upon us to provide an educational approach that is more effective, in the event of local investment in youth by activating educational programs that make the phenomenon of migration a normal matterl. تأتي هذه الورقة في سياق بحث ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، التي أصبحت موضوع مقلق، سواء بالنسبة للدولة المهاجر منها، أو تلك التي تستقبل أعداداً هائلة يوميا، عبر كافة المنافذ خاصة البحرية منها، ونذكر بالأخص دول شمال إفريقيا، بوصفها تقع في الضفة الجنوبية لحوض المتوسط. ومن الطبيعي أن تكون الهجرة متجهة إلى الشمال، نظرا لعدة اعتبارات من بينها رغبة الشباب في عيش أفضل، مقارنة مع بقية الهجرات التي تكون لغاية الاكتشاف، أو الدراسة وغيرها. وعليه يقع علينا تقديم سبيل تربوي يكون أنجع، في حال الاستثمار المحلي في الشباب عن طريق تفعيل برامج تربوية تجعل من ظاهرة الهجرة أمراً طبيعيا، ولكنه غير ملح لدرجة ركوب أمواج البحر والمغامرة المفضية للهلاك. فبرامج التربية هذه يمكن اقتراحها في المدراس والكليات ليس فقط لتعزيز الهوية، ولكن تقديم المعنى، وتعزيز بعض قيم العمل وربط الشباب بالتكوين على اختلافهItem المهاجر غير الشرعي: بين إثبات الهوية و متغيرات المواطنة(مجلة دراسات في العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية- كلية العلوم الإنسانية-جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2026-06-09) بكوش، فاطمة الزهراءنتناول في هذا المقال؛ موضوع المهاجر غير الشرعي؛ بين إثبات هويته المحلية ومتغيّرات المواطنة في مجتمعه الجديد إن كتب له القبول؛ أي: في ظلّ ما تفرضه العصرنة من انفتاح على الآخر. لكن ما يلفت الانتباه هنا؛ هو ضرورة إعادة قراءة نمط تفكير هذا المهاجر في الهجرة، بكل ترتيباتها المادية والمعنوية؛ لأنّنا سنبحث في ظاهرة نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية، قبل أن تتحوّل الى ظاهرة أمنية وقانونية، ولعلّ مخاوف الاندماج أو مشروعية العودة الى المجتمع الأصلي، في جدلية الصراع بين الحفاظ على الثوابت وبين حق ممارسة المواطنة والانفتاح على الحياة، من القضايا التي تثبت بقاء الهجرة كظاهرة طبيعية إنسانية بامتياز. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنسان؛ الهجرة؛ الهوية؛ المواطنة؛ الاندماج. This article examines the issue of undocumented migrants, exploring the challenges of establishing their local identity and navigating the complexities of citizenship in their new society, should they be accepted. This occurs within the context of modernity's emphasis on openness to others. However, a crucial point to consider is the need to re-examine the migrant's mindset regarding migration, with all its material and moral dimensions. We will be examining a psychological, social, and economic phenomenon before it transforms into a security and legal issue. The anxieties surrounding integration or the legitimacy of returning to their country of origin, within the ongoing debate between preserving cultural values and the right to citizenship and engagement with life, underscore the enduring nature of migration as a fundamentally human phenomenon
