Item مفهوم القيم الروحية عند ابن خلدون في بناء الحضارة وسقوطها(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-07-31) عميراوي, رياضهذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أهم المبادئ والقيم الروحية التي رآها ابن خلدون ضرورية لبناء الحضارات وسقوطها، لا سيما الحضارة الإسلامية التي شُيدت لقرون من الزمن قدمت للبشرية قفزات نوعية في شتى مجالات العلوم، وإذ يعتبر ابن خلدون من المجددين المسلمين في علوم العمران والاجتماع فقد اعتمد أسسا ومبادئ تقوم عليها الحضارة، لما رأى من تداعيات سقوط الاندلس في أيامه، حيث عاين أسباب هذا السقوط الذي حدث في عصره، ودعى الى إعادة بناء الحضارة على أسس وقيم ومبادئ محددة، فما هي هذه القيم التي اعتمدها ابن خلدون من أجل ذلك؟ وما مدى تطبيقه لتلك القيم في شتى المجالات؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الحضارة؛ القيم الروحية؛ ابن خلدون المؤلف المرسل: د.رياض عميراوي This study sheds light on the most important principles and spiritual values that Ibn Khaldun saw as necessary for the building and downfall of civilizations, especially the Islamic civilization that was built for centuries and made qualitative leaps for mankind in various fields of science. And principles on which civilization is based, when he saw the repercussions of the fall of Andalusia in his days, where he examined the causes of this downfall that occurred in his time, and called for the rebuilding of civilization on specific foundations, values and principles, so what are these values that Ibn Khaldun adopted for that? What is the extent of its application of these values in various areas? This problematic discusses the concept of" Rhetorical faculty " in Ibn Khaldun's view through his INTRODUCTION.In our point of view, this significant researcher discussed his linguistics and social issues within the perspective of the integration of knowledge and the interplay of it's sciences, which was reflected in the linguistics studies, that made a considerable progress in the modern linguistics studies. This article deals with Ibn Khaldun's approach in the use of sociology theories in his studies of SEMANTICS, which he devoted a chapter on his INTRODUCTION for that purpose. The main issues that discussed by Ibn Khaldun were "Rhetoric" and " Rhetorical faculty", which he build his opinions depending on the feature of the humankind faculty In addition, this study also aims to express Ibn Khaldun's opinion in the difference between the achievement of Rhetoric and the Rhetorical faculty. And He assumed that knowing something is not as achieving it. Ibn Khaldun has a lot of opinions that essentially become the major basis of the modern linguistics studies, and preceded many modern linguists such as CHOMSKY. Thus, Ibn Khaldun established a linguistic background that is relevant to social and human life.
