Item نحو ترقية دور "وحدة الكشف والمتابعة الصحية "u.d.s في تعزيز حقوق الطفل من وقاية وعلاج وتثقيف صحي في الوسط المدرسي(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة-التنمية-الوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القسم سعد الله, 2014-01-01) بن شريك, عمر; زعتر, نورالدينتعتبر صحة التلاميذ المتمدرسين بمفهومها الشامل؛ من النواحي العقلية والجسدية والنفسية والاجتماعية أحد أهم الأسس التي تستدعي عناية مركزة من قبل المؤسسات التربوية لترجمتها من خلال برامج وخطط تهدف إلى إيجاد البيئة المدرسية الداعمة للفئة المستهدفة، التي تمثل أكثر من ثمانية ملايين تلميذ وتلميذة والآلفمن أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية والمستخدمين، حيث يقضي التلميذ جزءا كبيرا من وقته في المدرسة، بالتالي يكون للبرامج الصحية والتعليمية المبرمجة هناك أثرا كبيرا في تغيير سلوكيات التلاميذ في مراحل مبكرة من حياتهم بهدف تبني نمط حياة وسلوك صحي. وتشمل الصحة المدرسية ثلاث مكونات رئيسة هي: التوعية الصحية، الخدمات الصحية والبيئة المدرسية الملائمة. هذه الدراسة تتلقي الضوء على إشكالية الصحة المدرسية بناء على المعايير العالمية التي تعمل وفقها الدول لتبني سياسات صحية ملائمة للتلاميذ تستجيب لإفرازات عالم يتميز بتحولات كثيرة. School health in its general aspect; mental, physical, psychological and social health, is considered to be a very important element which requires serious support from schools, which must translate it into action programs aimed at creating a favorable school environment for this category representing more than eight million students and thousands of teachers and employees. The student spends much of his or her time at school, so scheduled health and education programs have a significant impact on changing student behavior in order to adopt a healthy lifestyle and behavior. La santé scolaire dans son aspect général ; santé mentale, physique, psychologique et sociale, est considérée comme élément d’une grande importance qui nécessite une prise en charge sérieuse de la part des établissements scolaires qui doivent la traduire en programmes d’action visant à créer un environnement scolaire favorable pour cette catégorie, représentant plus de huit millions d’élèves et des milliers d’enseignants et employés. L’élève passe une grande partie de son temps à l'école, les programmes de santé et d'éducation programmés ont donc un impact significatif sur le changement de comportement des élèves afin d'adopter un mode de vie et un comportement sains.Item دور الأخصائي النفسي في الكشف عن الأمراض السيكوسوماتية في إطار الصحة المدرسية(المرشد-مخبر القياس والإرشاد النفسي-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2017-05-25) سلام, منى; بوسالم, نعيمةإن للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية انعكاسات سلبية على حياة الطفل ، وهي تزداد انتشارا واتساعا في عصرنا هذا بفعل عمليات التحضر والتحديث وما يصاحب ذلك من تعقيدات في شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية وضغوطات لا يستطيع بعض الأطفال التكيف معها مما يجعلهم عرضة للقلق ولاضطرابات انفعالية أخرى. وبالرغم من أهمية هذا الموضوع وخطورته على صحة الطفل وحياته فإنه لم يحض بالاهتمام الكافي من طرف الباحثين. وعليه فإن الحاجة تقتضي اجراء العديد من الدراسات والبحوث في هذا المجال وهو ما نهدف إليه من خلال هذه الدراسة التي نبرز فيها اهتمامنا بدور الأخصائي النفسي في الكشف عن بعض أنواع الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية في الوسط المدرسي ، وهذا موضوع له خصوصيته وأهميته في حياة الطفل والمجتمع ومن ثم فهو يمثل موضوع جدير بالبحث والدراسة.Item دور وحدات الكشف و المتابعة في تطوير الصحة المدرسية في الجزائر(مجلة آفاق وأفكار -جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2023-02-27) بن مختار, خالد; عمارة, ساميةتعتبر الصحة المدرسية من المواضيع الهامة التي تساهم في رفع المستوى التنموي للدولة ،فالصحة المدرسية تشمل فئة الأطفال التي تعتبر من أهم فئات المجتمع ، خاصة وأن مرحلة الطفولة هي مرحلة الصحة أو المرض ،حيث فيها يمكن تدارك الخطر في الوقت المناسب قبل وصوله مراحل متأخرة ويفقد فيه الطفل حظوظ الشفاء. ولهذا جاءت دراستنا الميدانية لتسلط الضوء على الدور الذي يقوم به الفريق الطبي لتطوير الصحة المدرسية بالجزائر، واتخذنا وحدات الكشف و المتابعة لدائرة سيدي امحمد التابعة لمصلحة الصحة الجوارية لبوشنافة ميدانا لها ، والبالغ عددهم عشر وحدات موزعة على أربع بلديات (سيدي امحمد ، الجزائر الوسطى، المدنية، المرادية) ، واعتمدنا في ذلك على الملاحظة والمقابلة كأدوات جمع البيانات ، واستعنا بأسلوب المسح الشامل حيث خص هذا المسح جميع الوحدات الصحية التابعة للصحة الجوارية بوشنافة ، وعن منهج الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . توصلت الدراسة في الأخير الى أن أطباء وحدات الكشف و المتابعة لهم دورا فعالا في تطوير الصحة المدرسية وهذا إذا توفرت لديهم شروط عمل ملائمة أهمها: التكوين الدائم والمستمر، وأخذ بعين الاعتبار معيار الكفاءة عند تعيين الموظفين بالوحدة ، وتخصيص غلاف مالي كاف لتسيير الوحدة مع بناء وحدات الكشف و المتابعة واسعة وتجهيزها بالعتاد اللازم، وتطوير الصحة المدرسية لايقف على الأطباء لوحدهم وإنما هو ثمرة لتظافر جهود جميع الأطراف المشرفة على الصحة المدرسية. الكلمات الدالة : المدرسة، الصحة المدرسية ؛مكونات الصحة المدرسية، وحدات الكشف و المتابعة. School health is an important topic that contributes to the development of the country including children, who are considered one of the most important groups in society, especially since childhood is the stage of health or disease, and the risk can be corrected in time before it reaches an advanced stage and the child loses its chance of recovery. As for, our field study highlighted the medical team role in the development of school health in Algeria, and we took the detection and monitoring units of the Department of Sidi M’hammed of Bouchnafa health service nearby as a field of study, the number of which is ten units distributed among four municipalities (Sidi M’hammed, Algier center, Elamadania, Mouradia). We used observation and interviewing as a data collection tool, and we used the comprehensive survey method where the survey summarized ten health units, and the curriculum, the descriptive analytical approach. The study concluded that the doctors in the detection and follow-up units have an effective role in the development of school health if they have appropriate working conditions. The most important conditions are: Continuing and permanent training, taking into account the effectiveness criteria when assigning staff to the unit, and allocate sufficient financial coverage to the movement of the unit with the construction of large detection and surveillance units and their equipment. The development of school health is not only the work of doctors, but also the fruit of the concerted efforts of all parties who supervise school health. Keywords: school, school health; components of school health, detection and monitoring units Résumé La santé scolaire est un sujet important qui contribue au développement du pays, et elle inclut les enfants, qui sont considérés comme l’un des groupes les plus importants de la société, d’autant plus que l’enfance est le stade de la santé ou de la maladie puisque le risque peut être corrigé à temps avant qu’il n’atteigne un stade avancé et que l’enfant ne perde ses chances de guérison. Pour ce faire, notre étude sur le terrain a mis en évidence le rôle de l’équipe médicale dans le développement de la santé scolaire en Algérie, et nous avons pris les unités de détection et de suivi de la Daira de Sidi M’hammed du service de santé à proximité de Bouchnafa comme terrain d’étude, dont le nombre atteint dix unités réparties entre quatre municipalités (Sidi M’hammed, Alger centre, Elamadania, Mouradia). Nous nous sommes basés sur l’observation et à l’entrevue comme outils de collecte de données, et nous avons employé la méthode d’enquête exhaustive où l’enquête résumait dix unités de santé, et le programme d’études, l’approche analytique descriptive. L’étude a finalement conclu que les médecins des unités de détection et de suivi ont un rôle efficace dans le développement de la santé scolaire, c’est-à-dire s’ils ont des conditions de travail appropriées, dont les plus importantes sont : la formation permanente et continue, en tenant compte des critères d’efficacité lors de l’affectation du personnel à l’unité, et allouer une couverture financière suffisante aux déplacements de l’unité avec la construction de larges unités de détection et de surveillance et leur équipement . Le développement de la santé scolaire n’est pas seulement le travail des médecins, mais le fruit des efforts concertés de toutes les parties qui supervisent la santé scolaire.
