The orbit of this article is a study of the Algerian theater directed at the child through the research of the most important technical elements of the play "Children of the neighborhood tender and highness" which are the dialogue and language, characters, time, place, event, and conflict, in order to know the availability of these elements and extract its most important features and characteristics; This allows us to build a view of the most important foundations of this type of theater, which is necessarily consistent with the goal that it aspires to achieve, namely the building of the personality of the child, the refinement of his ethics, and growing of his knowledge and abilities.
