Item النحو التطبيقي عند الفقهاء، نماذج من التراكيب النحوية وتطبيقاتها الفقهية(مجلة اللسانيات التطبيقية- كلية اللغة العربية وأدابها- جامعة الجزائر 02- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-06-09) ميموني, موالي ادريس; احدوش, محمديتناول هذا املقال جانبا من جوانب التفاعل بين الدرس النحوي والخطاب الفقهي، غالبا ما يتم التغافل عنه عند البحثفي النظرية النحوية العربية، ونقصد هنا التطبيقات النحوية التي تزخر بها كتب الفقه، حيث تتجلى للباحث بوضوح الفائدة العملية للدرس النحوي في معالجة مسائل واقعية لصيقة بحياة الناس ومعامالتهم املختلفة. وذلك من خالل الوقوف على بعض التراكيب النحوية وتطبيقاتها الفقهية. ولعل هذا التفاعل بإمكانهإذا است ثمر في تدريس النحو أن يعالجإشكالية جفاف القواعد النحوية وجفاء امل تعلمين لها، ألن ربط القاعدة النحويةبالحياة اليومية للناس يخرجها من الجانب النظري إلى الواقع العملي التطبيقي، فيسهل بالتالي ضبطها واستيعابها، وهذا ما تريد هذه الورقة توضيحه This article addresses aspects of the interaction between grammatical lessons and Alfiqh discourse, often overlooked when talking about Arabic grammatical theory. Here we mean grammatical applications that abound in the books of Alfiqh, where the researcher clearly demonstrates the practical usefulness of grammatical lessons in addressing factual issues that are intimate to people's lives and different transactions.And that by standing on some grammatical structures and their applications with alfoqahaa.Perhaps this interaction can, if invested in teaching grammar, address the problem of the dryness of grammatical rules and the severness of learners to them.Because linking the grammatical rule to the daily life of people takes it from the theoretical side to the applied practical reality, and thus makes it easier to adjust and absorb it.This is what this paper wants to clarifyItem مساهمة الفقهاء في تنظيم السقي ببلاد المغرب خلال القرن ( 8 – 9هـ /14 – 15م)(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2021-06-22) عميار, خليل; غرداوي, نور الدينتتضمن الدراسة موضوعا يندرج ضمن قضايا التاريخ الاقتصادي ويحمل عنوان : « مساهمة الفقهاء في تنظيم السقي ببلاد المغرب خلال القرنين ( 8 – 9هـ /14 – 15م) » من خلال ما أوردته كتب النوازل الفقهية كمادة مصدرية ، وما قدمته من تفسيرات لجانب من جوانب النشاط الزراعي لبلاد المغرب ، في محورين رئيسين : تطرقت في محوره الأول الى تنظيم استغلال مصادر مياه الري السطحية ، موضحا من خلاله كيف عالج الفقهاء المشاكل المرتبطة بالمياه السطحية كالأمطار ومياه الانهار ، وتناول المحور الثاني تنظيم استغلال مصادر مياه الري الباطنية من مياه العيون والابار ، وتضمن الموضوع المنشآت المائية التي ارتبطت في عمومها بتجميع المياه ونقلها من منابعها الى الأرض الزراعية وسقيها ، ويهدف هذا البحث الى ابراز دور الفقهاء ومساهمتهم في معالجة مسائل الري في بلاد المغرب خلال القرنين الثامن والتاسع الهجريين The subject of the study falls within the issues of economic history and has the title: “The role of jurists in regulating irrigation in the Maghreb during the two centuries (8-9 AH /14-15AD)” through what the books of “AL Nawazil ” have provided as a source material, and their explanations of the economic reality of the Maghreb In two main axes: I discussed in its first axis the regulation of the exploitation of surface irrigation water sources, explaining through it how the jurists dealt with problems related to surface water like rain , streams and rivers, the Second axis deals with the regulation of the exploitation of underground irrigation water sources like: natural sources and wells the topic includes water facilities related mainly to the gathering and transportation of water from its sources to farmlands and irrigating them , this research aims to highlight the role of the jurists and their contribution to addressing irrigation issues in the countries of the Maghreb during the eighth and ninth centuries AH.
