Il le fait en s’appuyant sur des présupposés catégoriels et en présupposant l’identité collective et sa représentation politique. Il culturalise la question sociale pour la figer dans des considérations essentialistes. La campagne électorale de 2017 en France fut, à cet effet, le lieu d’expression des populismes. Celui-ci façonne du sens commun hégémonique établi sur des présupposés catégoriels. Nous définissons le discours populiste comme une forme du discours politique identitaire à même de dessiner des frontières dans le dire. Le discours devient populiste dès lors qu’il établit des étiquetages qui conditionnent les perceptions. Ceux-ci deviennent la norme à partir de laquelle se produit et se pense le discours. Le discours populiste identitaire établit des classifications et des réifications dans les représentations. Populist discourse as a form of identity political discourse shapes common sense, doxa. It does so by relying on categorical presuppositions and by assuming collective identity and its political representation. He culturalizes the social question in order to freeze it in essentialist considerations. The 2017 electoral campaign in France was, for this purpose, the place of expression of populism. This shapes hegemonic common sense established on categorial presuppositions. We define populist discourse as a form of identity political discourse capable of drawing borders in speech. The discourse becomes populist when it establishes labels that condition perceptions. The discourse is produced and thought out from this standard. Populist identity discourse establishes classifications and reifications in representations.Item الزعامة السياسية وإشكاليات اتخاذ القرار السياسي في المنطقة العربية... الحقبة الناصرية أنموذجا.(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2023-06-17) عبد السلام, سفيانفي خضم دراسة الحقبة الناصرية، يمكن اعتبار أن المشروع الناصري مرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بمنظور إيديولوجي اجتماعي من جهة وبتصورات واقعية براغماتية أملتها الظروف المعقدة التي كانت تمر بها المنطقة من جهة ثانية، ولعل مركزية شخصية جمال عبدالناصر باعتباره رائدا للقومية العربية حسب كثير من القوميين، تجعلنا نحاول تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الزعامة وارتباطه بالمشروع السياسي والاجتماعي القومي الذي ما لبثت تجسده شخصية جمال عبد الناصر، حيث يظهر تركيب وتعقيد ظاهرة الزعامة باعتبارها عاملا أساسيا من عوامل التغير الاجتماعي وهذا بسبب الدور الحاسم الذي يلعبه الرئيس في صنع القرار السياسي عموما والقرار الخارجي السيادي خصوصا من جهة وباعتبار أن صنع القرار حتى بالنسبة لدولة تسلطية أو دولة شمولية فهو يتسم بمستويات بيروقراطية عدة تساهم بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر في بلورته، وهذا ما نجده في حقبة حكم الرئيس جمال عبد الناصر حيث أن هناك عدد من الفاعلين المساهمين في بلورة القرار السياسي ، وهذا ما أثر بشكل أو بآخر على صياغة وتنفيذ السياسات الناصرية.
