Item العقاب في السياسة الفرنسية اتجاه الجزائريين اواخر القرن 19(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ- كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2024-12-29) سيدي صالح، حياةركزت السلطات الفرنسية زمن الاحتلال على محاربة كل عناصر هوية الجزائري، معتمدة عدّة وسائل لتحقيق هذا الغرض، وقاصدة ترسيخ وتمكين مشروع "الجزائر الفرنسية" في إطار سياسة (سيادة الغالب على المغلوب)، ويعد القضاء أهم الوسائل التي اعتمدها الاحتلال الفرنسي لتحقيق الغرض. من خلال تلك الأحكام القضائية التي كان يصدرها بشأن الأهالي، ومجمل العقوبات التي فرضها للتمكين لسياسته بالجزائر، والمتمثلة في فرض الغرامات وسن الضرائب وملاحقة الأفراد والأسر وسجن ونفي من ألقت عليهم القبض، ومتابعة ذويهم وأهلهم كسياسة ردع مستمرة تلحق بالأشخاص كما تمارس على ممتلكاتهم. ولذا سنحاول من خلال المقال الوقوف على طبيعة العلاقة التي ربطت الجزائري المسلم بإدارة الاحتلال وبقضائه والممارسات الاستعمارية المضطهدة لحقوق الجزائريين الأهالي، مستندين في هذا إلى سجلات الاحتلال الرسمية والمعبر فيها بأرقام تدل على ساستها القمعية.
