Item دور التدريب في تحسين المقدرة على التغيير التنظيمي بالمنظمة الجزائرية(مجلة دراسات في علم الاجتماع المنظمات- مخبر علم الاجتماع والمناجمنت-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2019-11-07) غراز, الطاهر; سوالمية, نوريةملخص: لقد أصبح التدريب قضية رئيسية لكثير من المنظمات في كافة القطاعات وذلك نتيجة لتغير معايير الأداء في هذه المنظمات والتي لم تعد قاصرة على مجرد تقديم الخدمة أو المنتج بل تعدته بالحرص على توفير الجودة التي تلبي حاجة العميل ورغباته، ولذلك أصبح للتدريب أهمية كبيرة ومحور إاهتمام الكثير من الباحثين والمختصين في مجال الإدارة الحديثة. كما أصبحت علاقة التدريب بالتغيير التنظيمي بالمنظمات مسألة في غاية الأهمية حيث أن التدريب الناجح يعني بالضرورة تغييرا تنظيميا يرقى لطموحات أرباب العمل والعاملين على حد سواء. وهذا ما نسعى إلى بلورته من خلال هذا المقال. Abstract: Training has become a major issue for many organizations in all sectors as a result of the changing performance standards in these organizations, which are no longer limited to the mere provision of the service or product, but rather by providing quality that meets the customer's needs and desires. Researchers and specialists in the field of modern management. The training relationship with organizational change in organizations has become very important as successful training necessarily means organizational change that meets the aspirations of employers and employees alike. And this is what we seek to crystallize through this article.Item إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الخدمات الصحية(مجلة الوقاية والارغنوميا- مخبر الوقاية والارغونوميا- كلية العلوم الاجتماعية- جامعة الجزائر2 ابو قاسم سعد الله, 2020-12-30) بلمرداسي, يامنتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التطرق للجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الصحية من خلال معرفة كيفية إدارة الجودة الشاملة واسقاطها على المؤسسات الصحية، إضافة لنماذج وأمثلة حول تطبيقها على المؤسسات الصحية في بعض البلدان كالأردن، السعودية، والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وأخيرا الجزائر. وتبين هذه الدراسة أن فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة باتت مهمة في كثير من المؤسسات الصحية حيث تكسبها بعدا آخر، إذ أنها تركز على تلبية احتياجات المريض وتشبع رغباته وتوقعاته المعلنة والغير معلنة بالإضافة إلى خلق حالة تكاملية في الهيكل التنظيمي ما بين الأنشطة والوظائف واعتماد الفريق الواحد للبدء في العمل بأقل أخطاء وتحقيق أقصي المكاسب بأقل التكاليف. وهذا يوجب توفير في الدرجة الأولى دعم الإدارة العليا والقناعة بإدارة الجودة الشاملة كتوجه إداري حديث والعمل على نشر ثقافة الجودة الشاملة على كل الأصعدة وبين كل العاملين. This research paper aims to address comprehensive quality in health institutions by knowing how to manage total quality and projecting it to health institutions, in addition to examples and examples of their application to health institutions in some countries such as Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United States of America, and finally Algeria. This study shows that the philosophy of total quality management has become important in many health institutions as it gains it another dimension, as it focuses on meeting the needs of the patient and the saturation of his desires and expectations announced and undeclared in addition to creating an integrative case in the organizational structure between activities and jobs and the adoption of one team to start in Work with the fewest mistakes and achieve the maximum gains at the lowest costs.
