Item ظاهرة الازدواجية اللغوية في المجتمع الجزائري وتأثيرها في النمو اللغوي للطفل(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2023-06-17) قمقام, فوزيةتحاول هذه الدراسة بحث ظاهرة الازدواجية اللغوية في المجتمع الجزائري من خلال التعرض لمفهوم الازدواجية اللغوية وضبط مصطلحاته ،ثم التطرق إلى دراسة الواقع اللغوي في الجزائر. متبعين منهجا وصفيا في وصف التنوع اللغوي الذي تتميز به الجزائر وتحليل تأثير الازدواجية اللغوية على النمو اللغوي للطفل لاسيما منها الإيجابي والسلبي في تعليمية اللغة العربية ثم تقديم الحلول الكفيلة لتجاوز سلبيات هذه الظاهرة بكل مظاهرها(الصوتية والصرفية والتركيبية...) واحتوائها واستغلالها استغلالا إيجابيا. This study attempts to study the phenomenon of linguistic duplication in Algerian society through exposure to the concept of linguistic duplication and adjusting its terms, then we turn to the study of the linguistic reality in Algeria, using a descriptive approach in describing the linguistic diversity that characterizes Algeria and analyzing the impact of linguistic duplication on the linguistic development of the child, especially Including positive and negative in the teaching of the Arabic language and then provide solutions to overcome the negative aspects of this phenomenon in all its manifestations (vocal, morphological and synthetic ....) and contain and exploit it positively.Item التخطيط اللغوي في الجزائر وعلاقته بالأمن الاجتماعي - توصيفا للواقع ورغبة في المأمول(مخبر اللسانيات التطبيقيةو تعليم اللغات, 2021-06-19) سرايعية, ياسينتتغيأ هذه الورقة البحثية تقصّي الإصلاحات التي أحدثتها الدولة الجزائرية على مستوى المنظومة التعليمية التعلمية والتربوية منذ الاستقلال ومازالت تحدثها إلى الآن لتمـــــــــــــــــــكين تعميم استعمال اللغة العربية على مستوى الهيئات الرسميـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــة ( المؤسسات المدرسية والجامعية، وفي مجال الدين والإعلام ووثائق الهيئات الإدارية،....) رغبة في التحرر من هيمنة الفرنسية الموروثة عن الاستعمار. ومن زاوية تالية يقارب هذا البحث انتهاج الدولة لسياسة لغوية صارمة ووضعها لهيئات رسمية تراقب وتتابع وتشرف على عملية التخطيط اللغوي وعلاقته بالسياسة اللغوية المنتهجة، وأساليب وأدوات تمكين اللغة العربية من التداول، وتلاطمها – الهيئات الرسمية- بمشكلة الصراع بين المدافعين عن اللغة العربية والمدافعين عن اللغة الفرنسية، ومستعملي اللهجات المحلية التي تشكل 30% من المجتمع الجزائري. This project neglects the research paper that examines the reforms that the Algerian state has brought about in the educational, educational and educational system since independence and is still speaking it up to date to enable the generalization of the use of the Arabic language at the level of official bodies (school and university institutions, in the field of religion, media and administrative bodies documents, ....) Desire to break free from French domination inherited from colonialism. From a following angle, this research approximates the state’s adoption of a strict linguistic policy and its establishment of official bodies that monitor, follow up and supervise the linguistic planning process and its relationship to the adopted language policy, methods and tools for enabling the Arabic language to circulate, and its collision - the official bodies - with the problem of conflict between defenders of the Arabic language and defenders of the French language And the users of the local dialects that make up 30% of the Algerian society
