This research paper focuses on examining how the Sustainable Development Goals contribute to improving the quality of life within families. The findings indicate that the health goal plays a key role in enhancing healthcare services, enabling families to lead healthier lives and minimizing health risks. The education goal fosters better communication within the family and contributes to improving the educational outcomes of children. The danger that we fear our civilization is not globalization per se, but the real danger to us is the pattern of education which does not provide for our children and our youth, but answers about how to be consumers par excellence for materials globalization to be so just market provides a quick profit for global companies, and from this point of view we want to illustrate how activating means globalization in the educational side of our children إن التغيّرات المتوقعة في عصر ظاهرة العولمة عموما والعولمة التربوية بشكل خاص تتطلب تغييرات في فلسفة التربية وسياساتها ومناهجها وأساليبها، وإن الوعي بدروس الماضي والدور الاستراتيجي الهام والخطير الذي تلعبه التربية في عصر المعلومات يزيد من قناعة التربويين وغيرهم بأن التربية هي المشكلة والحل في نفس الوقت، فهي مشكلة إذا لم نحسن استغلالها وهي حلا إذا أحسنّا استغلال وتوظيف إيجابياتها في الميدان التربوي لأبنائنا. فالخطر الذي نخشاه على حضارتنا ليس من العولمة في حد ذاتها بل الخطر الحقيقي المحدق بنا يتمثل في النسق التربوي الذي لا يقدم لأطفالنا ولشبابنا إلا أجوبة عن كيف يكونون مستهلكين بامتياز لمواد العولمة ليكونوا بذلك مجرد سوق يوفر الربح السريع للشركات العالمية، ومن هذا المنطلق أردنا توضيح كيفية تفعيل وسائل العولمة في الجانب التربوي لأطفالنا. Les changements attendus à l’ère de la mondialisation en général et de la mondialisation de l’éducation en particulier exigent des changements dans la philosophie, les politiques, les méthodes et les méthodes d’éducation. Humanity has long since recognized the need for protecting children from different forms of abuse and violations of basic rights. However, the world had to wait for almost a century before adopting the first declaration on child protection. It was a long and complex process that culminated in the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This paper intends to publicize this Charter and international agreements that come with it. It introduces the most important ideas in the human rights declaration in general, and the convention on child rights in particular. The paper explains in details the principal concepts embedded in both documents, such as human rights, child rights, child welfare, and the integrative approach on human rights. These concepts, in addition to others, such as good governance, democracy and civil society, have become key concepts, whether in scientific research or political discourse. The present paper is divided into three sections; the first one introduces the concept of human rights and traces international efforts reaching to the Universal Declaration on Human Rights. The second; defines and analyses the principles of the International Convention on Child Rights, emphsising the main characteristics of the convention. While the third offers an assessment of the state of Qatar's efforts in implementing the Convention on Child Rights using three basic indicators; education, health care and social protection. يعاني الأطفال، شأنهم شأن البالغين من انتهاكات عديدة في مجال حقوق الإنسان، كونهم يشكلون هدفا سهلا للتجاوزات لأنهم ضعفاء وتحت وصاية الآخرين. لقد اعترف المجتمع الدولي منذ فترة طويلة بضرورة حماية الأطفال من مختلف أنواع الانتهاكات التي يتعرضون لها، وظهرت الحاجة إلى صياغة شرعة دولية ملزمة للدول والمجتمعات.لكن البشرية احتاجت لمدة تقارب القرن من الزمن لتحقيق ذلك، كما تبرز المواثيق والعهود الدولية الخاصة بهذه القضية. من أجل التعريف بهذه الشرعة الدولية والاتفاقيات المتضمنة لها، تقوم الورقة بعرض أهم الأفكار المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان عامة، وحقوق الطفل بخاصة. لتحقيق ذلك تشرح الورقة أهم المفاهيم المتداولة بهذا الشأن بشيء من التفصيل مثل: حقوق الإنسان، حقوق الطفل، رفاه الطفل، والمنهج الحقوقي التكاملي. أضحت هذه المفاهيم مع نهاية القرن الماضي، تمثل إلى جانب مفاهيم أخرى مثل الحكم الراشد، والديمقراطية والمجتمع المدني، مفاهيم مفتاحية سواء في مجال البحث العلمي أو الخطاب السياسي. تنقسم هذه الورقة إلى ثلاثة أقسام؛ يختص الأول منها بعرض مفهوم حقوق الإنسان والجهود الدولية المبذولة وصولا إلى الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان. أما الثاني، فيهتم بمفهوم حقوق الطفل وتحليل مبادئ الاتفاقية الدولية المكرسة لهذا الموضوع. بينما يهتم الثالث بعرض تقييمي لجهود دولة قطر في مجال تنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل باستخدام ثلاث مؤشرات أساسية هي التعليم والصحة والحماية الاجتماعية. Les enfants, comme les adultes, souffrent de nombreuses violations des droits de l’homme, car ils sont une cible facile pour les abus parce qu’ils sont vulnérables et sous la tutelle d’autres personnes. La communauté Internationale reconnaît depuis longtemps la nécessité de protéger les enfants contre les différents types de violations auxquelles ils sont victimes, et il est nécessaire d’élaborer une charte internationale liant les États et les sociétés. Afin de présenter ce projet de loi international et les conventions qu’il contient, le document présente les idées les plus importantes sur les droits de l’homme en général, et les droits de l’enfant en particulier. Pour ce faire, le document explique en détail les concepts les plus importants à cet égard : les droits de l’homme, les droits de l’enfant, la protection de l’enfance et l’approche intégrative des droits de l’homme. À la fin du siècle dernier, ces concepts, ainsi que d’autres concepts tels que la gouvernance des adultes, la démocratie et la société civile, sont devenus des concepts clés, tant dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique que dans le discours politique. Ce document est divisé en trois sections, dont la première traite du concept des droits de l’homme et des efforts internationaux pour parvenir à la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme. La seconde consiste à discuter du concept des droits de l’enfant et à analyser les principes de la convention internationale consacrée à ce sujet. Le troisième s’intéresse à une évaluation des efforts déployés par le Qatar pour mettre en œuvre la Convention relative aux droits de l’enfant à l’aide de trois indicateurs. الItem أهمية اللسانيات التربوية في المجال التعليمي(مجلة ذخائر اللغة قسم علوم اللسان- كلية اللغة العربية وآدابها واللغات الشرقية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022-06-13) كراكبي, محمدنرمي من وراء هذا العمل إلى لفت النظر إلى ضرورة إعادة قراءة المشروع التربوي الجامعي العربي وفق آليات مستحدثة، تضمن ترسيخ القيم الحضارية، والتكوين العميق ليتمكن المتعلم الجامعي من مجابهة المجتمع بكامل تحدياته. ولعل من بين أهم الأطر المعرفية التي تشغل بال الباحثين الجامعيين تعليمية المواد اللغوية. وهذا الترابط يسوغ لنا استثمار اللسانيات التربوية من منطلق أن تعليمية المواد اللغوية توجب فهما عميقا للجوانب التربوية، والمؤهلات المحصلة، واطلاعا واسعا على الجوانب اللغوية، والفنية.من هنا تبرز إشكالية البحث التي تتمحور حول كيفية تدريس المادة اللغوية عامة، والنحوية خاصة إزاء وفرة المناهج اللسانية الحديثة. وتتطلب المعالجة الأكاديمية، بحسب تصورنا، التنويه بأهمية المرحلة الجامعية، وقضايا اللسانيات التربوية، ومصطلحاتها، واستثمارها في فهم المادة اللغوية، وطرائق تعليمها بما يتناسب مع الحاجات العلمية المنشودة. ولعل إدراك المسائل التي أشرنا إليها بعجالة تمكن من تحقيق الأهداف التي نرمي إلى تجسيدها في الوسط الجامعي. This research aims at bringing attention to the importance of re-reading the Arab universityeducational project according to innovative mechanisms that ensure the consolidation of civilized values, so that the university students can confront all community challenges. One of the most important cognitive frameworks that university researchers concern in is Studying Linguistics Subjects. This interconnectedness allows us to invest the educational linguistics depending on that studying linguistic subjects requires a deep understanding of the educational aspects, obtained qualifications, and expertise of the linguistic and technical aspects. Based on the foregoing, the statement of this research emerges on how to teach the linguistic subject in general and grammatical in particular, in view of the large number of modern linguistic curriculums. According to the current researcher perception, Academic treatment requires emphasis on the importance of the university, the educational linguistics issues and its terminology, investment educational linguistics in understanding the linguistic subject and its teaching methods commensurate with the desired scientific needs. Finally, realizing these issues will enable the achievement of the objectives that will hope to be inclusion in the university curricula. Cette recherche vise à attirer l'attention sur l'importance de relire le projet éducatif universitaire arabe selon des mécanismes innovants qui assurent la consolidation des valeurs civilisées, afin que les étudiants universitaires puissent affronter tous les défis communautaires. L'un des cadres cognitifs les plus importants auxquels s'intéressent les chercheurs universitaires est l'étude des sujets linguistiques. Cette interconnexion nous permet d'investir la linguistique pédagogique en fonction du fait que l'étude des matières linguistiques nécessite une compréhension approfondie des aspects pédagogiques, des qualifications obtenues et une expertise des aspects linguistiques et techniques. Sur la base de ce qui précède, l'énoncé de cette recherche émerge sur la manière d'enseigner la matière linguistique en général et la grammaire en particulier, compte tenu du grand nombre de programmes linguistiques modernes. Selon la perception actuelle des chercheurs, le traitement académique nécessite de mettre l'accent sur l'importance de l'université, les questions de linguistique pédagogique et sa terminologie, d'investir la linguistique pédagogique dans la compréhension de la matière linguistique et de ses méthodes d'enseignement à la mesure des besoins scientifiques souhaités. The interest in grammar education is at the heart of learning Arabic, and Arabs have traditionally taken care of this science because of its role in enabling the use of Arabic and increasing its prevalence and mastery among speakers or speakers of others, and perhaps the grammatical content is one of the most important efforts made by the first to facilitate the learning of Arabic and control its intentions, and our reality sees a decline in interest in reserving grammatical content, and a focus on explaining it, which may be found by the interested reason for the decline in the numbers of teachers and students in control of this science.
