Item خصائص ومضامين الكتابات التأسيسية بمساجد مدينة الجزائر في العهد العثماني(2023-12-31) بن بلة, خيرةThe Commemorative inscriptions related to the buildings of the city of Algiers were generally characterized by many artistic characteristics and various contents, especially those related to the construction of mosques and grand mosques. We will discuss a study of a group of these inscriptions, with an attempt to highlight the most important characteristics that distinguished them, whether in terms of form, such as calligraphy, decorations, and the material used, or in terms of content, such as formulas, titles, functions, flags, and terminology. We will follow the analytical approach so that we can extract the characteristics that are the subject of the study, and we expect that the latter will serve as episodes that may contribute to enriching the field of epigraphic inscriptions in the Ottoman era, especially those related to the construction of mosques in the city of Algiers; we will come to identify the characteristics that make this type of inscription distinguished from other inscriptions related to the rest of the types of buildings in this era, as it is characterized by distinct artistic characteristics, whether in terms of calligraphy or the decorative elements that adorn it, in addition to its contents that are characterized by unity in religious formulas represented by the initiations and supplications that are composed of special phrases as they are related to a religious building, and the language widely used is the Arabic language, despite the use of the Ottoman Turkish language in many other buildings, such as civil and military ones. The studied collection of inscriptions, including what is preserved in the National Public Museum of Ancient Antiquities, is represented in the inscriptions: those of Khair al-Din Mosque, Bab al-Dzira Mosque, Ali Pasha Mosque, and the Ketchawa Mosque, including what is still installed on the same building, and it is represented in the inscriptions of Safar Mosque, the New Mosque, and the Kasbah External Mosque and the inner Kasbah mosque.Item «إجتهادات علماء تلمسان النَّوازليّين في صنعة التَّحقيق والتَّصنيف للكتب الفقهيّة وشرحها والتَّعليق عليها ما بين 962هـ/ 1554م ــ 1041هـ/ 1631م»(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ كلية العلوم الانسانية, 2020-06-30) بومدين, محمدبَرَّزَ العديد من العلماء التلمسانيّين النوازليِّين في مجالات تحقيق وتصنيف مختلف فروع العلوم الفقهيّة وشرحها والتَّعليق عليها ما بين 962هـ/ 1554م ــ 1041هـ/ 1631م، ولم يحظو ولو بالنّذر القليل من البحث عند المتخصِّصين في حقل التاريخ الثقافي للجزائر العثمانية، ليطال الكثير منهم التّهميش والنّسيان بالرَّغم أنّهم تغذّو من نهر تلمسان الفكريّ والعلميّ وروافده بشهادة من عاصروهم ودوّنوا منجزاتهم في تواليف فهارسهم وتراجمهم، من أساليب، ومناهج، ومبادئ سارت عليها وُصلَة أسرهم العلميّة الكبرى أو الصّغرى كبيت العقباني، والجاديري، والمَدْيوني، والتُّوجيني، والملّيتي، والمقّري…، وغيرها مِمَّن كانت لها أدوار رائدة في حفظ الموروث الفقهي التّلمساني ونوازله الشّرعية في بيئة سياسيَة وعسكريَة وحتَّى اجتماعيَة وثقافيَة، لم تكن في أي حال من الأحوال كسابقتها الزّيانية التي شجَّعت نخبة أهل العلم والفكر، وهيَّأت لهم طريق التّقميش والنّبش في مِسودّات أمَّهات الكتب الفقهيّة، لإعمال الرَّأي فيها وتصحيح محتواها، والوقوف على مضامينها بغية استنباط ما يشفي طروحات من قصدهم من العامّة أو الخاصّة من العلماء، ممّا يجعل التّطرّق لموضوع على هذه الشّاكلة في اِطاره المكاني والزّمني، من شأنه أن يُساهم دون ريب في تاريخ تلمسان الفقهي خلال العهد العثمانيّ، ويُميط اللّثام عن الكثير من الحقائق التاريخيّة الخاصة بحياة روّاد الفقه من علماء تلمسان العثمانيّة، وما دأبوا عليه من اجتهادات مميّزة، ورصانة علميّة راقية في دُروب البحث والتّحقيق، والكشف والإبانة عن المسائل الدّينية والدّنيوية إبان القرن 10هـ/16م، وبدايات القرن 11هـ/17م. Several Tlemcian scholars have emerged in the fields of investigation, classification, explanation and commentary of the various branches of jurisprudence between 962H/1554G ـــ 1041H /1631G, And they did not receive even a little warning from specialists in the field of cultural history of the Ottoman Algeria. and people forgot them, even though they studied in Tlemcen with testimony from their contemporaries and wrote their achievements in their books of methods, methods, and principles that their scientific families followed. Big or small, such as the house of Al-Aqbani, and Al-Jadiri, and Al-Madiouni, and Al-Tujini, and Al-Maliti, and Al-Maqqri..., And others who had pioneering roles in preserving the Tlemcene idiosyncratic heritage and its legal metaphors in a political, military, and even social and cultural environment that were not in any way similar to the adulterous predecessors that encouraged the elite of scholars and thought, and prepared for them the way of researching drafts of the mothers of the juristic books and for the implementation of opinion in them Its content, and examining its contents in order to elicit what cures propositions of their intent from public or private scholars, Which makes touching on a topic like this in its spatial and temporal framework that would make a serious contribution to the history the juristic of Tlemcen during the Ottoman period, and unveiling many historical facts related to the life of pioneers of jurisprudence from the scholars of Tlemcen Ottoman and what they knew of distinguished distinctive diligences in Searching and investigating, and revealing religious and worldly matters, even if their life’s hardship increased during the 10H/16G century and the beginnings of the 11H/17G century
