المهارات الإجتماعية لدى الأطفال المصابين بإضطراب طيف التوحد المقبلين على الإدماج المدرسي (دراسة مقارنة) Social Skills Of Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder Who Are About To Enter School (a Comparative Study)

Abstract

ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستوى المهارات الإجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي التوحد الخفيف والمتوسط، أجريت على عينة قوامها 30 طفل (15 طفل ذوي التوحد الخفيف، و15 طفل ذوي توحد متوسط)، وذلك بمركز خاص للتكفل بأطفال التوحد ببني مراد بالبليدة، وترواح أعمارهم مابين(5-8سنوات). وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس المهارات الإجتماعية لـ Scott Bellini ، والذي قام بترجمته صالح صوالحي وبن فليس خديجة. بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى تحت المتوسط للمهارات الإجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي التوحد الخفيف، ومستوى ضعيف للأطفال ذوي التوحد المتوسط، ابرزت وجود فرق بين الأطفال ذوي التوحد الخفيف والمتوسط في مستوى المهارات الإجتماعية. انتهت الدراسة بابراز اهمية التكفل المبكر باطفال التوحد مع ضرورة تكثيف البرامج التدريبية التي تهدف الى تحسين المهارات الإجتماعية، لتحضيرهم للإدماج المدرسي الذي ينبغي أن يكون عملية مبنية على قرار فريق متعدد التخصصات، بحيث يعتمد على منهج مخطط ومتضمن لكل الأبعاد الخاصة بالطفل ومؤهلاته. Abstract This study aims to determine the level of social skills among children with mild and moderate autism. It was conducted on a sample of 30 children (15 children with mild autism and 15 children with moderate autism), in a special center for caring for autistic children in Beni Mrad, Blida, and their ages range between (5-8 years). To verify the hypotheses, Scott Bellini's social skills scale was applied, which was translated by Saleh Sawalhi and Benflis Khadija. The results showed a below average level of social skills for children with mild autism, and a weak level for children with moderate autism. Despite this, a difference between the two groups is noted, the social skills in the group with average autism are poorer than those of the group with mild autism. The study concluded by highlighting the importance of early care for autistic children, along with the necessity of intensifying training programs aimed at improving social skills, to prepare them for school integration, which should be a process based on the decision of a multidisciplinary team, relying on a planned curriculum that includes all dimensions of the child and his qualifications.
