الضغوط النفسية من جراء الاخطاء الطبية لدى عينة من الاطباء بالمستشفى العمومي لمدينة آريس

Abstract

يعتبر الضغط النفسي من المواضيع الهامة التي حظيت باهتمام كبير من طرف العلماء والباحثين كونه مفهوم له تأثير كبير علي جوانب مختلفة من حياة الفرد التي لا تكاد تخلو من الضغوطات والمثيرات التي تحدث في البيئة الخارجية للفرد ، والتي تظهر أكثر في بيئة العمل حيث أن تعرض الفرد باستمرار لهذه الضواغط النفسية يؤدي به إلي فقدان التكيف مع الأسرة والمجتمع واختلال سلوكه وسوء توافقه النفسي والاجتماعي ،وهدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة درجة الضغط النفسي من جراء الاخطاء الطبية لدى الاطباء العاملين بمستشفى مدينة اريس. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستعانة بالاستبانة اداة لجمع البيانات، وقد وزعت على عينة قدرت بـ 50 طبيب وطبيبة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية درجة الضغوط النفسية من جراء الاخطاء الطبية لدى الاباء العاملين في المستشفى العمومي لمدينة آريس متوسطة.

The descriptive approach was used, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and it was distributed to a sample of 50 male and female doctors.
