التكوين المستمر والذاتي للأرشيفي وانعكاساته على ممارساته المهنية في الجزائر: دراسة ميدانية بمركز المحفوظات الوطنية

Abstract

عرفت مختلف المهن على غرار مهنة الأرشيفي عدة تحولات وتطورات وبشكل كبير نتيجة الثورة التي أحدثتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات مما أدى ذلك إلى حاجة العاملين إلى اكتساب مهارات وخبرات وتأهيل مناسب، من خلال ضرورة التعامل مع الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة لتطوير معارفهم وقدراتهم بما يتناسب مع النظم الجديدة والتكيف مع مختلف التغيرات الطارئة لتجديد نشاطهم في المجال الخاص بهم أو في المجالات المناسبة أو المرتبطة معا للترقية الوظيفية وما يترتب عليه من تبعات ومسؤوليات في المستقبل. ولتحقيق ذلك، أصبح التكوين المستمر والذاتي بمختلف أنواعه ومستوياته من الطرق المهمة التي تسمح بالوصول إلى مردودية أفضل للأرشيفين وإعدادهم للتغيرات التي تحدث في مستقبلهم المهني لتحقيق توقعات وطموحات المستفيدين. وانطلاقا من قاعدة أن التعليم عملية حياتية متواصلة فإن الأرشيفي له دورا كبيرا في تعليم نفسه ومسؤولا عن تطوير معارفه وتحديث المعلومات في مجال تخصصه لتحسين أدائه الوظيفي وحل المشكلات التي تعترضه في ممارساته المهنية لتقديم أحسن الخدمات. وعليه من خلال هذا المقال نسعى إلى استكشاف واقع التكوين المستمر والذاتي لدى الأرشيفيين العاملين بمركز المحفوظات الوطنية بالجزائر ومدى انعكاساته وتأثيراته على ممارساته المهنية. Various professions, such as the archivist profession, have known several transformations and developments, largely as a result of the revolution brought about by information technology, which led to the need for workers to acquire skills, experience and appropriate qualification, through the need to deal with modern technological means to develop their knowledge and capabilities in line with new systems and adapt to different emergency changes to renew their activity in their own field or in the appropriate or related fields together for job promotion and the consequent consequences and responsibilities in the future. To achieve this, continuous and self-training of various types and levels has become one of the important ways that allow access to better profitability for archivists and prepare them for the changes that occur in their professional future to achieve the expectations and aspirations of the beneficiaries. Based on the principle that education is a continuous life process, the archivist has a major role in educating himself and is responsible for developing his knowledge and updating information in his field of specialization to improve his job performance and solve problems that he encounters in his professional practices to provide the best services. Accordingly, through this article, we seek to explore the reality of continuous and self-formation among archivists working at the National Archives Center in Algeria, and the extent of its reflections and effects on their professional practices.
