Abstract

ملخص: تشهد الإدارة التربوية تطورات متزايدة نتيجة الحركية العلمية و البحثية الكبيرة التي تتركز على الأسس النظرية الحديثة للإدارة وعلى تراكم الرصيد المعرفي والميداني لأنماط الممارسة الإدارية في حقل التربية، وتشكل التحولات المتسارعة في البيئة الداخلية لمجال التربية والتعليم والبيئة المحيطة(الاقتصادية والقانونية والاجتماعية والثقافية والتكنولوجية) تحديا أمام الإدارة التربوية في سعيها نحو التميز وتحقيق مستويات عالية في أدائها وزيادة فعاليتها التنظيمية بما يمكنها من تحقيق أهدافها التربوية وبناء منظومة تعليمية متطورة . Educational administration is witnessing increasing developments as a result of the great scientific and research activity that focuses on the modern theoretical foundations of administration and on the accumulation of knowledge and field experience of administrative practice patterns in the field of education. The rapid transformations in the internal environment of the field of education and the surrounding environment (economic, legal, social, cultural and technological) pose a challenge to educational administration in its pursuit of excellence and achieving high levels in its performance and increasing its organizational effectiveness in a way that enables it to achieve its educational goals and build an advanced educational system.
