استراتيجيات التنظيم الإنفعالي، المقاومة الثنائية و نوعية الحياة لدي مريضات سرطان الثّدي و أزواجهه أثناء فترة العلاج الكيميائي

Abstract

تعتبر الأشهر الأولى التي تلي إعلان التشخيص و الانطلاق في العلاج من أصعب المراحل الممكن أن تمر بها مريضات سرطان الثدي و أزواجهن،. و في هذا الصدد انطلقت أبعاد إشكالية بحثنا و مدى استعجالها، والتي تلخّصت في مايلي: هل استراتيجيات التنظيم الإنفعالي، و المقاومة الثنائية المستعملة من طرف مريضات سرطان الثّدي و أزواجهن، تؤثّر على جودة نوعية الحياة لديهم أثناء فترة العلاج الكيميائي؟ و للإجابة على هذا التساؤل ارتأينا أن نتبع المنهج الوصفي، بالإضافة إلى دراسة إحصائية حسب نموذج APIM. و قد تمثلت الأدوات المستعملة في الدراسة، بعد دراسة الصدق لديها و الثبات، في: مقياس المقاومة الثنائية (DCI) لـ Bodenmann، مقياس التنظيم الإنفعالي (ERQ) لـ Gross و John، و مقياس نوعية الحياة SF-12. و ذلك و ذلك على عينة مكوّنة من 30 ثنائية (30 امرأة مصابة بسرطان الثّدي، و أزواجهن). The first months after diagnosis and starting treatment are one of the most difficult stages for breast cancer patients and their husbands. In this regard, the dimensions of our research have begun to be problematic and urgent and it is summarized as follows: Do emotional regulation strategies and dyadic coping used by breast cancer patients and their husbands affect the quality of their life during chemotherapy? To answer this question, we decided to follow the descriptive approach, in addition to a statistical study according to the APIM model. The tools used in the study are: the DCI of BODENMANN, the emotional regulation questioner (ERQ) of GROSS and JOHN, and the questioner of life quality SF-12 and this, after checking their reliability and validity. We have chosen a sample of 30 couples (30 women with breast cancer and their husbands).
