Abstract

حظي موضوع أطفال ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة برعاية فائقة على المستوى العالمي لضمان حقهم بالعيش الكريم كباقي أقرانهم من الأطفال من خلال سن قوانين و تشريعات تضمن ذلك، و من بين هذه الفئات أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد و يعتبر هذا الاضطراب ظاهرة العصر، حيث سارعت الجزائر كغيرها من دول العالم بسن قوانين لضمان حقوقهم و الاستفادة من خدمات التربية و التعليم و الصحة و إعادة التأهيل، ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية في تقصى عن مدى ملائمة القوانين التي سنها المشرع الجزائري لفئة أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد و كذا اقتراح تعديلات على بعض المواد
