| dc.description.abstract | تعرضت العديد من الدول الافريقية بعد نيل الاستقلال للظاهرة الحروب الاهلية الناتجة عن تردي الاوضاع الاقتصادية و السياسية و الاجتماعية، و من ابرز هذه الدول نجد رواندا التي شهدت حربا اهلية منذ سنة 1990 الى غاية 1993 و التي عرفت من خلالها انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الانسان و ارتكاب جرائم الابادة الجماعية ، مما ادى الى تدخل الامم المتحدة ممثلة بمجلس الامن الدولي بغية حفظ السلم و محاسبة مرتكبي الجرائم و انتهاكات حقوق الانسان في رواندا و ذلك عن طريق انشاء المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا . تهدف دراسة الحرب الاهلية في رواندا إلى إبراز دور هذا المجلس في الحد من أعمال العنف و انتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني من خلال لجوء المجلس إلى إنشاء محكمة دولية جنائية خاصة برواندا | ar_AR |
| dc.description.sponsorship | After obtaining independence, many African countries were exposed to the phenomenon of civil wars resulting from the deteriorating economic, political and social conditions. among the most prominent of these countries is Rwanda, which witnessed a civil war from 1990 to 1993 and which was known through massive violations of human rights and the commission of a crime genocide, which led to the intervention of the united nations represented by the international security council in order to maintain peace and hold perpetrators accountable in Rwanda by establishing the international criminal court for Rwanda, and this is one of the most prominent manifestations of humanitarian intervention through the security council. | ar_AR |
