الاستراتيجيات الفرنسية الكولونيالية لتمزيق وحدة المجتمع المغاربي واجهاض توجّهاته الوحدوية 1830 - 1962

Abstract

عملت سلطات الاحتلال الفرنسي بالمغرب العربي (الجزائر، تونس والمغرب الأقصى) في إطار مساعيها لتحقيق أهدافها الاستعمارية عل تمزيق وهدم وحدة شعوب المجتمعات المغاربية وضرب هويتها، وإفشال ومعارضة مختلف التوجهات الوحدوية المغاربية، وذلك من خلال فرض نظام استعماري مختلف بين الأقطار الثلاث لإفشال أي وحدة سياسية وإدارية للمنطقة، كما ركّزت هذه السياسات على اجتثاث البنية الاجتماعية التقليدية، وحاربت مقوّمات الهوية المغاربية الأساسية المتمثّلة في اللغة العربية والدّين الإسلامي، كما طبّقت سياسة التفريق العنصري العرقي بين العرب والأمازيغ، وفي المقابل شجّعت سياسة الاستيطان الأوروبي لتحقيق مآرب اقتصادية واجتماعية ثقافية تتمثل في تكوين مجتمع جديد بلغة وثقافة غربية فرنسية، تخدم المصالح الاستعمارية الادماجية. The French occupation authorities in the Arab Maghreb (Algeria, Tunisia and Al-Aqsa Morocco) worked within the framework of their endeavors to achieve their colonial goals to tear and destroy the unity of the peoples of the Maghreb societies and strike at their identity, and to thwart and oppose the various Maghreb irredentist tendencies, by imposing a different colonial regime between the three countries to thwart any political unity. And administrative for the region, as these policies focused on eradicating the traditional social structure, and fought against the basic elements of the Maghreb identity represented in the Arabic language and the Islamic religion, and also applied the policy of racial and ethnic distinction between Arabs and Amazigh’s, and in return encouraged the policy of European settlement to achieve economic and socio-cultural goals represented in the formation of a society New in French Western language and culture, serving colonial and assimilationist interests.
