Abstract

كان لابد للفقه الإسلامي و العقائد الإسلامية أن تتعدد و تتنوع وفقا لمشارب العلماء و الفقهاء و المفكرين و مرجعياتهم الفكرية، و وفقا للمحيط السياسي الذي يبدوا أنّه تحكّم و إلى حدّ بعيد في تأسيس مبادئها و أدبياتها، و ما يلاحظ أنّ تعدد المذاهب و الجماعات الفقهية و العقدية لم يكن حالة سلبية في غالب الأحيان و إنّما شكّل وعاء حاويا للأفكار و القيم و التعاليم بما أتاح لهؤلاء الأعلام أن يترجموا أفكارهم على أرض الواقع سلبا و إيجابا في فترات متعاقبة في مسارات التاريخ الكلي للأمّة. The diversity of Islamic jurisprudence and the diversity of the Islamic faith due to the diversity of the sources of the ideas of scholars and because of the political conditions that controlled these leaders , We note that the plurality of sects and groups was never always a negative case, but those groups and groups were intellectual and scientific institutions , It made it easier for these leaders to implement their ideas and principles on the ground and changed the course of the entire history of the nation
