معالم الدولة التحديثية في الفكر العربي المعاصر

Abstract

انصب هذا العمل على اشكالية الدولة التحديثية في الفكر العربي المعاصر، من منظور محمد عابد الجابري وبرهان غليون، و التي لا تعدو أن تكون إلا أداة نظرية وإجرائية، تسعى إلى أن تحيط بالحقيقة السياسية الراهنة، حيث تهدف بالأساس إلى تحليل الصيرورة التاريخية للمجتمعات المعاصرة عامة والمجتمع العربي خاصة، ومن ضمنها الصيرورة السياسية التي تحمل في طياتها إشكالية الدولة والسلطة بما تقتضيه من ديمقراطية ومواطنة و بنى صلبة للمجتمع المدني ، بعد الاخفاق الذي عرفته الانماط السياسية الأخرى للدولة، في تفسير هذا الواقع السياسي المتردي، كالدولة الوطنية والدولة القطرية والدولة اللليبرالية والدولة الماركسية وغيرها، على الرغم من أنها أضحت أنماطا للدولة التحديثية . لذا كان من الواجب فهم الآلية التي تبرز من خلالها الدولة التحديثية وهي تمثل القدرة على التدخل التاريخي الفاعل، كآداة إجرائية وتنفيذية، تأخذ على عاتقها مهام تحقيق وعود الدولة الحديثة، التي عجزت على تحقيقها . This work focused on the problem of the modernist state in contemporary Arab thought, from the perspective of al-Jabri and Burhan Ghalyoun, which is nothing but a theoretical and procedural tool, seeking to surround the current political reality Which It mainly aims to analyze the historical process of contemporary societies in general and Arab society in particular, including the political process that carries with it the problem of the state and the authority, including democracy, citizenship, and solid structures required for civil society, after the failure of other political patterns of the state, in explaining The deteriorating political reality, such as the national state in explaining this.
