الابعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لحركية البحرية الجزائرية خلال الفترة الحديثة

Abstract

تعددت المجالات والمهام التي ساهم الاسطول البحري الجزائري خلال الحقبة العثمانية في تشكيلها بدءا بالدور الجهادي العسكري الذي هو نواة بنائه، لتتسع دائرة تأثيره في مختلف المجالات مع مرور الزمن خاصة التأثيرات في هيكلة وبنية المجتمع الجزائري بشكل جديد زيادة ووضعه لأسس جديدة لاقتصاد الايالة الجزائرية بانفتاحه على مصادر دخل جديدة. وتحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تبيان الفئات الجديدة التي اوجدتها حركية الاسطول خلال نشاطة في البحار والمحيطات من كالاعلاج والأسرى وغيرهم، زيادة على توضيح مكامن التغيرات الجديدة في النظام الاقتصادي الجزائري في هذه الفترة عبر توضيح حج الأموال التي كانت تتحصل عليها الخزينة العامة زيادة على حركية الأسواق الداخلية للايالة There were many fields and tasks that the Algerian naval fleet contributed to during the Ottoman era in its formation, starting with the military jihadi role, which is the nucleus of its construction, to expand its sphere of influence in various fields with the passage of time, especially the effects on the structuring and structure of Algerian society in a new way, increasing and laying new foundations for the economy of the Algerian state through its openness to sources new income.
