تقويم مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بالجزائر في ضوء معايير المدرسة الفعالة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تقويم فعالية مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي، وفقا لمعايير المدرسة الفعالة، انطلقنا من تساؤل رئيسي وهو هل ترتيب مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بالجزائر حسب نسب النجاح في شهادة البكالوريا يعكس فعاليتها في ضوء معايير المدرسة الفعالة؟ وقد حاولنا الإجابة عنه من خلال الفرضية التالية: لا يعكس ترتيب مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بالجزائر حسب نسب النجاح في شهادة البكالوريا فعاليتها في ضوء معايير المدرسة الفعالة. لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، تمّ استخدام الأدوات المصممة لقياس فعالية مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي والمتمثلة في المؤشرات الكمية، والمؤشرات النوعية المستخرجة من تحليل نتائج استجابات التلاميذ نحو مقياس المناخ المدرسي الذي تم تطبيقه على عينة تتكون من 778 تلميذ وتلميذة في الأقسام النهائية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ترتيب مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي في الجزائر حسب نسب النجاح في شهادة البكالوريا لا يعكس فعاليتها في ضوء معايير المدرسة الفعالة The current study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of secondary education institutions, according to the effective school standards.We set out this study with a major question: which is whether the ranking of secondary education institution in Algeria according to success rates in the baccalaureate degree reflects its effectivenss in the light of effective school satandards? We have tried to answer this question through the following general hypothesis: Ranking secondary education institutions in Algeria according to the success rates in the baccalaureate exam does not reflect its effectiveness in light of the effective school standards. To achieve the purposes of the study, tools designed to measure the effectiveness of secondary education institutions, consisting in the total quantitative and qualitative indicators extracted from analyzing the results of students’ responses to attitudes scale towards the school climate, applied to a sample consisting of 778 students in the final year in secondary education, were used. The study concluded that the ranking of secondary education institutions in Algeria according to the success rates in the baccalaureate exam does not reflect its effectiveness in light of the active school standards.
