Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على قضية شائكة في تاريخ النضال المغاربي في القاهرة بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، وهي عملية تهريب ولجوء الأمير محمد بن عبد الكريم الخطابي في مصر، والتي تناولنا فيها الظروف التي جعلت فرنسا تعمل على نقل الأمير من منفاه من "جزيرة لا رينيون" إلى سجنه في جنوب فرنسا. وعليه فقد درسنا عملية التهريب واللجوء ووثقناها في هذه الدراسة مع ملاحق توضح كيف كانت هذه العملية، وفي النهاية تطرقنا إلى تداعيات هذه العملية في العالم. This study aims to shed light on a sensitive issue in the history of the Maghrebi struggle in Cairo after World War II: the smuggling and asylum of Prince Muhammad ibn Abd al-Karim al-Khattabi in Egypt. We examine the circumstances that led France to transfer the prince from his exile on Réunion Island to his prison in southern France. Accordingly, we have studied and documented the smuggling and asylum operation in this study, including appendices that explain how it unfolded. Finally, we address the global repercussions of this event.
