Item Les Droits D'auteur Et Les Droits Voisins à L'ère Numérique Dans La Législation Algérienne : Ordonnance N°03-05 Relative Aux Droits D’auteurs Et Aux Droits Voisins Du 19 Juillet 2003(Revue d'études en sciences humaines et sociales – Faculté des sciences humaines, Université d'Alger 2 (Abou El Kacem Saâdallah), 2023-06-30) Guermour ,KarimaLes nouvelles technologies de l’information ont profondément bouleversé les droits d’auteur. Les nouvelles formes d’exploitation de l'information et les réseaux ont facilité la reproduction et la diffusion massive des créations et ont rendu l’utilisation des œuvres difficilement contrôlable, d’où la contrefaçon et le piratage. En Algérie, peu de textes législatifs sont consacrés aux droits d'auteur depuis l'indépendance à nos jours. La loi en vigueur est l’ordonnance n° 03-05 du 19 Joumada El Oula 1424 correspondant au 19 juillet 2003 relative aux droits d’auteurs et aux droits voisins A travers notre contribution, nous allons essayer de voir si la législateur algérien a prévu des dispositions sur les droits d’auteur et les droits voisins liées aux changements exigés par le nouvel environnement numérique.Item The Use Of The English Language In Academic Publishing By Researchers From The Laboratory Of “water Use Efficiency In Agriculture” Of The National Higher School Of Agriculture-algiers(Revue d'études en sciences humaines et sociales – Faculté des sciences humaines, Université d'Alger 2 (Abou El Kacem Saâdallah), 2023-06-30) Laddada ,DalilaThis paper reports an investigation about the use of English language by Algerian researchers while writing and publishing their works. The study uses the bibliometric method of research to examine the productivity of researchers from "the laboratory of Water Use Efficiency in Agriculture" at the " National Higher School of Agriculture" during the period 2016/2020. The results show that 4/5 scientists publish their works in English and were referred to at a rate of nearly four citations per article, higher than those published in French. They relied heavily on English-language sources, highlighting their control over high quality English language sources. The subjects of this study work with foreign peers from several countries, most of whom are not Anglophones, nonetheless, it did not affect the pace of production in English, not even the percentage of references used. However, it was observed that they had a tendency to publish in Anglophone journals.Item Investigating The American Revolution Within The Challenge Of Economic Expansion: Social And Political Struggles(Revue d'études en sciences humaines et sociales – Faculté des sciences humaines, Université d'Alger 2 (Abou El Kacem Saâdallah), 2023-06-30) Boukhatem, HassibaAbstract This study represents the American revolutionary experience during the seventeenth century (1759- 1776). The focus is on the causal pattern of this revolution in response to empirical colonial conditions and metropolitan experiences that put American colonies’ determination on a rational footing in driving large and strategic economy in the first place. This behavior, primarily animated by the economic need, helped to stiffen resistance, rebellion, and independence. Hence, the argument of this research is formulated on the candid struggle for the articulation of political interests that definitely represent never-ending challenges to the past and present American nation. With a vast territory like the United States ( 9,834 million Km2), the perspective of economic efficiency that determines which level of government is best suited to manage governmental functions within the different political structures of centralization and decentralization. For this, the waterfall method was used to draw an action plan to provide an embedded librarian service in Algerian e-learning. To be the starting point for communicating it to officials for awareness purposes. تناقش هذه الورقة العلمية الدور الجديد للمكتبي الضمني في نظام التعليم الإلكتروني؛ حيث تزداد الحاجة إلى خدماته إلى درجة أصبح فيها شريكا أساسيا في العملية التعلمية، وما الممارسات الفضلى التي تم عرضها إلا تصوير لأدواره المميزة التي ترتكز على التعليم وتقوية العلاقات، ولعل هذا ما نحتاجه لإعادة تنشيط دور المكتبة الجامعية في بلادنا. من أجل ذلك، تم الاستعانة بمنهج الشلال لرسم خطة عملية لإطلاق خدمة المكتبي الضمني في التعليم الإلكتروني بالجزائر. على أن تكون نقطة البدء في إيصالها للمسؤولين لأغراض التوعية.Item الصراع التنظــــــــــــيمي...مقاربة سوسيولوجية(المجلة دراسات في العلوم الإنسانية و الإجتماعية-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-06-30) جابري، دلاليمكن أن نطلق على عصرنا الحالي عصر التنظيمات ، حيث أصبح لها دور هام في حياة الناس ، فهي تحيط بالإنسان منذ مولده و حتى انتهاء حياته، فهو ينتمي الى التنظيمات و يتكلم عن طريقها و يقضي معظم فترات حياته فيها . تعرف التنظيمات ظواهر كثيرة ، لعل من أهمها الصراع التنظيمي ، فهو ظاهرة لا تخلو منها أي منظمة ، حيث يمثل احد أهم أشكال التفاعل التي يمكن أن يواجهها التنظيم في مختلف وضعياته، ينشا بين الأطراف بطريقة تلقائية أحيانا ، و في أحيان أخرى بطريقة متعمدة خدمة لأهداف أو غايات معينة، كما انه يتخذ أشكالا مختلفة. اهتم الكثير من علماء الاجتماع و المنظرين في مجال التنظيمات بدراسة الصراع التنظيمي، فمنهم من اعتبره ظاهرة مرضية يجب التصدي لأسبابها و آثارها ،و منهم من رأى أنها ظاهرة صحية يمكن أن تكون لها تأثيرات ايجابية ، و هذا ما نحاول توضيحه في عملنا هذا من خلال تقديم مقاربة سوسيولوجية للظاهرة .Item مفهوم المؤسسة ما بين الثراء المعرفي و الفكر السوسيولوجي- دراسة نقدية لنماذج المعاصرة للتنظيم (التحليل الإستراتيجي و المقاربة الثقافية للمؤسسة أنموذجا)(المجلة دراسات في العلوم الإنسانية و الإجتماعية-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-06-30) ميلودي، عادلشهدت المؤسسة كمفهوم تعدد في المعاني و المعرفة المشكلة حولها و هذا نظرا لتعدد نماذج التنظيم و التي كانت تسعى لعقلنة منطق العمل و المساهمة في خلق النجاعة التنظيمية ، و عليه يبقى مفهوم المؤسسة مصطلح حديث النشأة و جاء حسب الظرف الذي عايشت فيه المؤسسة الظروف المحيطة به ، فلا يمكن تعريف المؤسسة بدون تاريخ المؤرخ عليها ، من جهة أخرى تسعى التنظيرات النظرية الميدانية المعاصرة إلى دراسة المؤسسة الكل حسب البيئة المحيطة بها و المجتمع المتولدة فيه ، فعند البعض تمثل شكل من أشكال السلطة و قواعد اللعب الفاعلين في المؤسسة و من جهة أخرى هي إنعكاس للخصوصيات الثقافية للمجتمع ، إذن المؤسسة كمفهوم يعرف نوع من التعقد التكويني المفهوماتي في حد ذاته . The study aims to show the impact of social determinants on the way mothers are born in Algeria.
