Abstract

this article examines the Palestinian question among the various topics addressed by Al-Watan newspaper, the mouthpiece of the Democratic Union of the Algerian Manifesto party. The newspaper covered numerous issues related to significant events during the period 1948-1949, particularly the Palestinian question. This study attempts to analyze the political stances, orientations, and perspectives of the party as reflected in Al-Watan's coverage of the "Palestinian Question." The aim is to gain a clearer understanding of the party's ideology in light of its leader, Ferhat Abbas's, positions on Palestine. The study also seeks to arrive at a number of objective and scholarly conclusions.Through the newspaper Al-Watan, the mouthpiece of the Algerian Democratic Party, we have attempted to come up with a set of objective scientific conclusions. يتناول المقال القضية الفلسطينية من بين مختلف القضايا التي عالجتها جريدة الوطن، لسان حال حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي للبيان الجزائري، وكانت مسائل متعددة تطرقت لشتى الأحداث البارزة في الفترة 1948- 1949؛ وخاصة القضية الفلسطينية. حاولت في هذه الدراسة تحليل المواقف السياسية لتوجهات الحزب ومواقفه ونظرته للأحداث من خلال جريدة الوطن، الخاصة "بالقضية الفلسطينية" بغرض فهم أوضح لأفكار الحزب على ضوء مواقف زعيمه فرحات عباس اتجاه فلسطين. وحاولنا الخروج بجملة من الاستنتاجات العلمية الموضوعية.
