الممارسات الاجتماعية للمرحلين في حي سكني جديد

Abstract

أتت الأحياء السكنية الجديدة كحل استعجالي فرضته وتقيدت به الدولة الجزائرية للتقليل من حدة مشكلة السكن التي لا طالما كانت ولا زالت العائق الذي أرق حياة المواطن لعقود من الزمن، فوجود هذه الوحدات السكنية في مجتمع المدينة مهد لظهور أشكال جديدة لمفهوم الممارسات ألاجتماعية والتي تفرعت عنها تنوعات في العلاقات الاجتماعية من بينها علاقات الجيرة التي قوامها التساند المستمر من اجل الحفاظ على حسن الجوار وتقوية الروابط الاجتماعية والاتحاد على دفع الضرر والفساد داخل هذا النسيج الحضري . أن هذه الأحياء السكنية أصبحت مخبرا مجهريا لشتى أنواع الدراسات التي تهتم بنوعية وجودة الممارسات الاجتماعية بين الأفراد وذلك وفقا لسياسات الترحيل التي اعتمدتها الدولة الجزائرية والتي كانت مبنية على ميكانيزمات وأساليب مدروسة لامتصاص أكبر عدد ممكن من السكان الذين يعانون من مشكلة السكن.

The quarties come as an urgent solution imposed by the Algerian state to reduce the housing crisis which was and is still an obstacle for the citizens life. for many years ago and the existence of these quarties in the unban society gives the way for the emergence of new forms of social practices that branched out verity of social relations as the neighborhood its strength is a continuous support to maintain neighbourhoodliness and strengthing social ties and the union to fight corruption within the cultural life.

these quarties become as a microscopic laboratory for assessment for many studies that is concerned with the quality of social practices between individuals according to the policy adopted by the Algerian state which was based on the studies mechanism to reduce the housing crisis.
