Abstract

Abstract: This field study aims to explore the implications of using artificial intelligence programs on university students, focusing on the quality of cognitive and cultural formation. The quantitative approach was relied upon by using the questionnaire technique distributed to university students. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: acquiring technical knowledge through the frequent use of technological media and the widespread use of the ChatGPT program among students due to its ease of use despite the modernity of the program, which led to instilling a culture of dependence and transferring information without scrutinizing it without seeking to know the advantages of the latter to develop their cognitive and personal capabilities.
