Abstract

يهتم هذا البحث بوضوح الكلام لدى المصاب بمتلازمة داون وصعوبات التواصل اللفظي التي يسببها. الهدف من هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على عدم فهم المستمع لكلام لدى المصاب بمتلازمة داون ، وتتجلى أهمية بحثنا في تحسيس البحث العلمي بضرورة تطوير برامج رعاية متوافقة مع المتطلبات اللغوية للمصابين بمتلازمة داون. اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي ، الذي أجري على ثلاثين طفلاً مصابًا بمتلازمة داون تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين سن 9 و 12 عامًا ، وتراوح معدل ذكائهم اللفظي بين 50 و 80 عامًا. وصلنا من خلال بحثنا لإثبات وجود علاقة بين عدم الوضوح الكلام عند المصاب بمتلازمة داون وصعوبة الفهم الشفهي عند المستمع ، علاوة على ذلك تم الكشف عن وجود فروق في أداء ذوي متلازمة داون على مقياس وضوح الكلام ، تعزى للسن اللغوي This research focuses on the intelligibility of speech in people with Down syndrome and the communication difficulties it causes.The objective of this research is to shed light on the unintelligibility of speech in people with Down's syndrome, the importance of our research is manifested in the awareness of scientific research on the need to develop care programs compatible with the linguistic requirements of people with Down's syndrome.we followed the descriptive approach, conducted on thirty children with Down syndrome whose chronological age ranged between ages 9 and 12, and their verbal IQs ranged between 50 and 80.We arrived, through our research, to prove the existence of a relation between the unintelligibility of the speech at the Down syndrome person and the difficulty of oral comprehension at the listener, moreover a difference was detected in the performances of the people with Down syndrome on the speech intelligibility scale, and who are attributed to the age of language development
