التغير الثقافي لمفهوم العمل لدى المرأة العاملة دراسة سوسيولوجية لعينة من النساء العاملات بشركة موبيليس

Abstract

لقد كانت دراستنا هذه حول موضوع العمل لدى المرأة وعلاقته بالتغيرات الثقافية والاجتماعية الحاصلة في المجتمع، فعلى الرغم من ارتفاع معدلات مشاركة المرأة العربية في الكثير من ميادين الحياة العامة سواء برغبتها أو بضغط من الظروف الاقتصادية، إلا أن العديد من العادات والتقاليد لا تزال ترى في دور المرأة محصورا في الزوجة والأم وأن دور الرجل هو العمل خارج المنزل، ومنه بنظر الكثير إلى عمل المرأة أنه تحدّي للمجتمع لأنه يخرج عن النماذج الأصلية الراسخة في الحياة الأسرية. ومنه فقد تعددت الأسباب والدوافع وراء خروج المرأة للعمل وتغير أوضاعها وربما أهمها هو اكتسابها للرأسمال الثقافي من خلال استغلالها فرصة التعليم والذي ساعدها على تحقيق ذاتها والتغير من المكانة الرمزية التي محها إياها المجتمع من خلال تحقيق نوع من الاستقلالية المادية خاصة بعد كل التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية التي يعرفها العالم، وبعد تزايد الضغوطات والمسؤوليات على الأسرة وارتفاع المستوى المعيشي وكذا نفقات التعليم والطب وغيره...الخ. Our study was on the subject of women’s work and its relationship to the cultural and social changes taking place in society. Despite the high rates of Arab women’s participation in many fields of public life, whether by their desire or under pressure from economic circumstances, many customs and traditions still see the role of Women are limited to being wives and mothers, and the role of men is to work outside the home. Many view women’s work as a challenge to society because it deviates from the original models established in family life. Hence, there are many reasons and motives behind women going out to work and changing their situations, and perhaps the most important of them is their acquisition of cultural capital by exploiting the opportunity of education, which helped them achieve themselves and change from the symbolic status that society erased them by achieving a kind of material independence, especially after all the social, cultural, political and economic changes. Which the world knows, and after the increasing pressures and responsibilities on the family and the rise in the standard of living as well as the expenses of education, medicine, etc....etc.
