Abstract

إن محاولة تحليل خصائص التنظيم الاجتماعي الحضري على مستوى النظم أو الأنساق المهمة الأساسية في ذلك، لأن التصور كيف يعيش الأفراد وكيفما يتفاعلون فإن طريقتهم في الحياة وأنماط تفاعلهم لا تسير حسب ما أفق بل تعكس في نهاية الأمر مجموعة من الأنماط والسلوكيات وذلك تحت تأثير عوامل مختلفة ومتداخلة تلك السلوكيات وردات الأفعال تكون منافية لمنظومة القيم وعلى رأسها الجريمة ومالها من عواقب وانعكاسات وخيمة على مستوى الفرد الأسرة والحي الذي تتوزع فيه وفقا لتباين المكاني والنوعي أو ما يطلق عليه بالتحديد التوزيع الجغرافي للجريمة وهذا ماقمنا به في دراستنا هاته من أجل معرفة العلاقة بين التنظيم الاجتماعي والجريمة بمدينة بسكرة من خلال توزعها الجغرافي من حيث أنماطها وتباينها في أحياء المدينة وإجراء جملة من المقابلات مع مختصين على مستوى المديرية الولائية للأمن الوطني لولاية بسكرة وصولا إلى جملة من النتائج العامة مع إبراز وتوضيح بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات فيما يخص الظاهرة The present study at tempted to analyse the characteristics of the social urban organisation in terms of its systems and layouts. The lifestyle and interaction of the individuals cannot process as expected, yet it reflects be haviours and patterns that are influenced by different and intertwined factors. These behaviours and reactions can oppose and negate the system of values departing from crime, its aftermath and negative effects on the individual, family, and neighbourhood. These effects are distributed according to their spatial and qualitative disparity, or more specifically the geographical distribution of crime. The study sought to uncover the relation between the social organisation and crime in Biskra City in terms of its geographical location, in terms of its patterns and disparity of the city neighbourhoods. A series of interviews were conducted at the level of the National Security of Biskra City. As result, we concluded the main results, recommendations and suggestions related to the phenomenon
