الإشكالية العائلية و علاقتها بنوعية التوظيف النفسي لدى الأشخاص المصابين بأمراض جلدية

Abstract

تبدو الدراسات التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الإشكالية العائلية بالعلاقة مع عدة اضطرابات نفسجسدية ذات أهمية و فائدة، لذلك أردنا أن نتناول من خلال هذا العمل مفهوم الغلاف العائلي الحاوي الذي يحمل عناصر جديدة لفهم العائلة بغرض التطرق إلى البعد العائلي للاضطرابالنفسجسدي، حيث لا يتوقف الهدف من هذه الدراسة على ما يمثله المرض الجلدي للفرد بل يتجاوز ذلك إلى وظيفته ضمن الاقتصاد النفسي و العائلي. من أجل الوصول إلى تحديد العلاقة بين طبيعة الغلاف العائلي و نوعية التوظيف النفسي لدى مجموعة من المصابين بأمراض جلدية مختلفة، قمنا بإجراء المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة مع القيام بالتحليل السيكوباتولوجي يليها تطبيق اختبار الرورشاخ الإسقاطي، أسفرت نتائج التقنيات المطبقة على وجود علاقة بين المتغيرين،حيث يؤدي ضعف الغلاف العائلي في وظيفته الحاوية و صعوبة ضمانه الحماية و الأمان الكافي للأفراد إلى هشاشة توظيفاتهم النفسية، من خلال استعمالميكانيزمات دفاعية غير متكيفة و غير فعالة في إرصان الصراعات

The studies of the familial problematic linked with certain psychosomatic troubles in the subject showed their relevancy and their usefulness. Therefore we want to talk about the concept of the family cover through this study which carries new items to understand the familial problematic in order to discuss this familial dimension of the psychosomatic trouble. Where the purpose of this study is not limited on what the skin disease of the person represents, but it surpasses that to his function in the family psychological economy.

We used the following techniques: a clinical interview half directed with a psychopathological analysis, and a Rorschach test, in order to precise the relation between the nature of the family cover and the quality of the mental functioning among a sample of patients with skin diseases. the applied techniques' results showed a relation between them, where the weakness of the family cover in its containing function and the difficulty of it ensuring the protection and the enough safety of the individuals leads to the fragility of their psychological functioning, through using non-adaptive and ineffective protective mechanisms to manage the conflicts.
