Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في: المكانةالتي تحتلها العملية التفاوضية في الإضراب في الجزائر بعد 1988، و ذلك بالتركيز على مجال نشاط يمثل قاطرة الحركات العمالية و النقابية في الجزائر بعد تلك السنة، ممثلا في قطاع التربية الوطنية و منه الأستاذ و الموظف الجزائري، و جاءت النتائج لتعدل معارفنا حول احتمالية ظهور المفاوضات بمناسبة الإضراب، و مدى ارتباطها بشكل الإضراب بين الاداتي و التعبيري، كما أفرزت لنا بروزا علنيا لمطالب كيفية متنوعة و احتلال المطالب الكمية مرتبة الوصافة، فالإستراتيجية النقابية لدى الأستاذ النقابي في نقابة الكنابيست، المتمثلة في إستراتيجية المواجهة المباشرة و الهجومية المجسدة للعقيدة البراغماتية، ساهمت بشكل كبير في تحديد شكل الإضراب السائد عندها، و بروز المفاوضات في إضراباتها حتى قبل الشروع فيها.

This study aims to investigate The position occupied by the negotiating process in the strike in Algeria after 1988, by focuses on the field of activity that represents the locomotive of labor and union movements in Algeria after that year which were represented in the national education sector. The strike includes Algerian professors and employees; the latter differ in their peculiarities with the public industrial sector worker who has dominated for years at the stage of labor movements in Algeria. The results came to modify our knowledge about the possibility of the emergence of negotiations when the strike takes place. It also emphasizes the extent to which they are related to the form of the strike between the instrumental and the expressive.
