ظاهرة الإنحراف في الأوساط الشبانية في المجتمع الجزائري -دراسة ميدانية تمس متعاطي المخدرات بالجزائر العاصمة وضواحيها-

Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على ظاهرة الإنحراف وتعاطي المخدرات عند الشباب، التي لا شك أنها من أهم الظواهر التي تشكل هاجسا قويا لدى شعوب العالم، وهي آفة عالمية في أبعادها وآثارها، ويعد انتشارها وتداولها وتعاطيها واتساع دائرة الإدمان عليها من أخطر أشكال الدمار الإنساني الذي يهدد معظم دول العالم يوما بعد يوم، وباعتباره سلوك لا يكون متوافقا مع التوقعات والمعايير التي تكون معلومة داخل النسق الإجتماعي، ومما لا شك فيه أن جميع أصناف الإنحراف عن المعايير الإجتماعية على غرار تعاطي المخدرات تواجه بالرفض والمعارضة من قبل المجتمع، باعتبار سلوكاتهم منافية للقيم الإجتماعية المتعارف عليها، ولإرتباطها بسلوكيات أخرى يبدي أفراد المجتمع رفضا أو تحفظا وحساسية تجاهها (كالعنف والسرقة والإغتصاب والشذوذ...إلخ). Through this study, we are trying to identify the phenomenon of deviance and drug abuse among young people, which is undoubtedly one of the most important phenomena that constitutes a strong concern among the peoples of the world. It is a global scourge in its dimensions and effects, and its spread, circulation, abuse, and widening circle of addiction to it are among the most dangerous forms of human destruction that It threatens most countries of the world day after day, as behavior that is not consistent with the expectations and standards that are known within the social system. There is no doubt that all types of deviation from social standards, such as drug abuse, face rejection and opposition from society, considering their behavior inconsistent with social values. Conventional behavior, and because it is linked to other behaviors, society members show rejection, reservation, or sensitivity toward it (such as violence, theft, rape, homosexuality, etc.).
